Pros: Perfect location, close to the beach, calm and charming neighborhood while being close to the main street of Miami Beach. The flat was very clean and their assistance very helpful. Swimming pool is great :) I recommend !

Wish more places were like this and it really worked.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Loved the starter pack of tea, cleaning products etc. Everything worked and had all that I needed. We didn’t meet any staff everything g was operated via what app. This worked really well very efficiently. Would definitely choose this place again.

Pros: Great location near everything in a quite part of the street

Good, Quiet location close to Ocean drive. Very well equipped kitchen area.

Great value and nice apartment

Pros: It was very easy to check in and out. Location is just perfect. 2 minute walk from Ocean Drive, but in a quiet residential area. The pool was great and perfectly working. The 2 bedroom apartment was great - kitchen and equipment all worked. We appreciated the presence of stuff like salt pepper and oil available! One of the room has ensuite bathroom, the other one had the bathroom just next to it. The apartment was on two floors, and was very spacious.

Cons: No staff - which feels weird, but we knew already. No late check-out allowed, which was a shame as we had a late flight.

Pros: The pool is good for the kids, the location is quite good, walks away from many places in miami Beach.

Cons: The check in time could be more flexible for customer who come half earlier than the check in time. The sofa bed needs an upgrade. For 4 people staying, they needs to provide 4 towels.

Great localization + customer care & some unconvinience

Pros: Localization is perfect. Near to the beach. Close to communication. We really appreciated the posibility to use the washer and dryer and the rooftop swimming pool. Very good contact with customer care. The response speed is exceptional. Thank you and best regards to the team responsible for contact with customers.Great job :)

Cons: The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. I had to start my stay with cleaning. The handles in the kitchen were sticking to hands. You couldn't see the world through the dirty windows. During the stay, poor ventilation was a problem. There is high humidity. It smells musty.
