Pros: Very good location. Comfy clean rooms with Comfy beds. Good communication with owner when our lock to the room doesn’t work our First night.

Location is perfect

Pros: he location is perfect. The price-value ratio is very good. The host is communicative and offers lots of leisure activities. Access to the accommodation is smooth, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great location, lovely host

Pros: The property is right on Ocean Drive in the middle of the strip so is super conveniently located to all the bars and restaurants and also stores. It was really clean and the communication from the owner throughout our stay was great! We had a bit of trouble with the access to the rear door when the front entrance was closed during the night but the owner was super responsive when we contacted them to let them know. They also had a cooler, beach umbrella and towels in the room for use on the beach which was a really nice touch!

Great place to stay for Miami Beach - free parking!

Pros: The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. I initially misunderstood how to get in using the keycode door, but I figured it out eventually — the host responded within minutes, which was very impressive. The room was great and perfectly suitable for two people. The TV, kitchen area, AC, and bathroom were all excellent. It’s very close to the beach — just a 4-minute walk — and about an 8 to 10-minute walk to the garage where we parked our car. Access in and out was easy. There were limited spaces, but we never had any issues finding parking. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Miami Beach with free parking!

Cons: When we entered in the hotel/restaurant, staff mood were OK, felt a bit uncomfortable (think they may be annoyed that we were there in & out - not using their restaurant but we just walked past them which is better as no interaction equals no drama. All is good at the end.

Perfect location, beautiful room, good supplies, great communication.

Pros: Perfect location to enjoy South Beach with a restaurant on site and easy access to other restaurants and stores nearby. The room is nicely furnished, clean and the bed was really comfortable. There is a food and drink preparation area with plenty of supplies including thoughtful extras like dish soap. Another nice extra is the beach umbrella, cooler and beach blankets provided for you to enjoy the Miami experience in comfort. I also appreciated the ease of the left luggage service which helped me enjoy the extra time before my flight. Excellent communication from the owner, my questions about left luggage were answered immediately in the afternoon and I felt that if I had any issues they would be quickly addressed. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

Cons: Nothing 😁

Pros: Very close to the Ocean drive and the beach. Comfortable beds, the room is quite small, but we were outside most of the time anyways. There is access to the rooftop terrace. Great place if you want to be immersed in the ocean drive.

Cons: The AC of the restaurant was a bit loud in the night, but no problem with earplugs.

Excellent location in the heart of South Beach

Pros: This was in a great location, right across the steeet from the beach. I like the little touches like having beach towels, umbrella and cooler available in the room. It was really clean and the host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The parking was a few minutes walk away but you can load and unload on front of the hotel. Having the parking was great as most parking in the area was $30 per day

Cons: The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be but it did not takeaway from the good value it represented.

The accommodation is absolutely recommended.

Pros: The location is absolute stunning. To find the place, is a but difficult as you have to go thru a restaurant, but the entry process to the room and also to the providing parking lot was easy and understandable. The host is fantastic, take care about the quests. Provide useful info about restaurants , where to go etc. Quick responses is provided. The roof top is also great, we were rather up there, than in the room, if we stayed at home.

Cons: The room for 4, if you travel with suitcases was quite small.
