Pros: Location location location! Best spot in Miami Beach, so close to Ocean Drive, but calm and quiet. additional advantages: parking, spacious apartment, cleanliness of the apartment, contact with the owner

Cons: outdated bathroom and kitchen, no window view

Pros: Location Location Location! This condo is around the corner from the beach. With a gated parking spot and full kitchen, you are set up for a great time. The condo is clean and has nice linens.

Cons: While we loved the king-sized bed, it was very soft for us. If you plan to have kids sleep on the couch, just know the outside lights are on all night. It makes it bright for them. The bedroom door is makeshift, so it also lights up that room as well.

Best location for a variety of reasons. Comfortable and clean.

Pros: The building is not the most beautiful in SB, but once you enter the unit, everything changes. The apartment is very clean, very well maintained, organized and have everything you might need and a little be more.SB is a little bit noisy but we didn’t loose sleep, we knew what to expect. The location is perfect, you are a block away from the beach, and a lot of restaurants. Having a parking spot is priceless in south beach. We barely used our car.

Cons: We have a little bit of problem checking in, I didńt got the introductions but once I called them they text me immediately, excellent customer service. Garage is very small don’t rent a big car.
