Breathtaking ocean view! 15th floor

Pros: The location was excellent, the apartment had plenty of space, kitchen was fully equipped, we had plenty of towels for shower and beach, the building hada a nice pool. Overall it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The lobby received all our packages and the staff was very polite and helpful with everything we needed.

Cons: The bed sheets were too small for the bed. The floor wasn't too clean.

Peaceful stay near the beach

Pros: The condo is large and loved that the balcony view was of the marina and beach. It was lovely watching the yachts go out from the bed. The view from the balcony was great too. We also loved that we could walk right across the street to the beach and that beach location is fantastic. Sergio provides chairs, but you could also rent some on the beach. The condo comes with pots, pans and full size appliances. The bathrooms are great as there are 2. The pool was very nice and the water was warm. Wish we had spent more days here. It was great and loved the location.

Cons: The one and only thing was having to find a way to get the deposit to Sergio. Luckily he was gracious enough to pick it up from my mother in law. But he also provided alternatives, but booking from Canada can makes things complicated. But now that we know that we have an option that works for us, we would definitely stay there again and get my family to handle the deposit for us.

Geweldig uitzicht, fijne faciliteiten!

Pros: Het prachtige uitzicht, de gym, het zwembad, gratis tafeltennis en poolen is voor de kinderen erg leuk. De straat over en je bent op het strand.

Cons: Ik miste een stofzuiger

This host was very accommodating. We booked minutes before we got there and he accommodated us and got us in.

Pros: Loved the location and the beautiful views whichever direction you looked. It was very clean and had everything you needed plus free parking.

Cons: TV was all in Spanish. English directions would be helpful.

Pros: L’appartement est top ! La vue est géniale et l’hôte très réactif lors de nos demandes (encore merci 🙏), idéal en voyage familial car l’appartement est très bien placé et le personnel de l’immeuble accueillant et serviable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter… Emplacement 5/5 Literie 5/5 Personnel et accommodation 5/5 Calme dans la résidence 3/5 (un peu bruyant mais bon c’est les vacances 😉)

Cons: Problème de chaudière collective, l’eau un peu tiède mais rien de bien méchant.

Perfect family spot w/ AMAZING VIEWS!!!

Pros: Just a classy, clean vacation spot. Never had to wait long for an elevator which is a plus! Had pots, pans, hairdryer, everything we needed to be comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Finding the parking garage was a little confusing the first time, but we learned quickly

Prettig verblijf in ruim en compleet appartement.

Pros: Mooi ruim appartement, prima verzorgd. Mooi uitzicht.

Cons: Het balkon werd gerenoveerd en was nog niet helemaal klaar, maar we konden het wel gebruiken. Afstand tot Miami Beach is ongeveer 25 minuten rijden.

Spodoba Ci się to miejsce

Pros: Fajna lokalizacja, duży podziemny parking, sporo miejsca.

Cons: Budynek ma już około 50 lat, jest stale remontowany i pewne rzeczy są jeszcze z tamtej epoki.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, w budynku znajduje się sklep spożywczy, piękny widok. Pokoje bardzo duże, każdy z tarasem, dwie łazienki, duży salon. Apartament super wyposażony - leżaki plażowe, parasol , ręczniki.
