Good spacious rooms, clean and comfy, free parking good location to visit Little Havana.
Pros: The room was clean and spacious, well-appointed amenities, TV, netflix option, free wifi. Good location, close to shops and quiet neighbourhood. Free parking is a plus. The water pressure was very good. Very short walk to Little Havana! There's a main house, which would have been good if we could use it (pretty sure we could use it, but we didn't know for sure) would be good to use the full size kitchen in there... just ask the host, Sergio was great to deal with.
Cons: The bathroom lacks space to put any of your toiletries and personal items. The bed was quite soft and when two people sleep on it, you roll into each other... it is some type of memory foam... it would be good to have a small desk in the room...

Comfortable Cuban Stay
Pros: A very comfortable studio with a private shower/toilet in quiet residential street. Two queen beds and walk in clothes storage. 10 mins walk to the popular “Calle Ocho” (eighth street), large amount of eateries plus supermarkets if you are self catering. Fridge plus microwave plus cutlery/crockery is enough for breakfasts /snacks. Free bus service available hop on hop off. We had a fabulous holiday exploring Miami from here. Highly recommended.
Cons: Studio is near flight path for MIA, this is landing noise not take off. Starts about 7am but got used to it. There is a lot of music being played in every restaurant. This is Latin American music. Your choice. Not recommended if you want a quiet meal!

Pros: First of all, Thanks to our host who was very helpful answering all questions and offering different cafes near the house. It was a lovely stay at this place for our family. The house is very nice decorated. Everything needed can be found in kitchen, but it would be nice to have more cookware. Rooms are clean. Location was good, it’s easily to reach other places by bus. Thanks to lady housekeeper, who was offering us a coffee in the mornings.

Udany pobyt, niedaleko lotniska, restauracji. Polecam.
Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który inicjował kontakt, przesyłał rekomendacje co zobaczyć, gdzie zjeść. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże przed check inem. Parking przed domem. Nasz pokój znajdował się z tyłu domu gdzie był ustawiony stół z krzesłami, stół do ping ponga, zlew, ekspres do kawy. Pokój był ok, byliśmy tylko 2 noce. W okolicy są restauracje, kawiarnie i sklepy.
Cons: Dom jest w pobliżu lotniska i słychać w nocy samoloty, więc jeśli ktoś ma płytki sen to polecam stopery do uszu. Poza tym nic.

Pros: De locatie. Het is op 6 min lopen van 8th street, oftwel calle ocho (little havana). Ruime kamer en een tv die werkt maar er ontbrak een afstandsbediening waarmee je ook het volume kon regelen. De eigenaar gaf tips over de omgeving via de email.
Cons: Het servies was niet schoon. Er zaten aangekoekte etensresten op.

Pros: La propiedad tiene excelente relación calidad precio, muy limpio, el anfitrión muy atento. Cerca de la calle 8 por lo que muchas facilidades cercas y excelentes restaurantes. Seguro que volveré al mismo sitio.
Cons: Viaje con mi bebé y el sitio muy limpio, acogedor y las condiciones que necesitaba. Lo recomiendo.

Good value for your money
Pros: Great location near main street of Little Havana. We also had whole little backyard for ourselves, with table, ping-pong table, hammock and few sunbeds, so that a bonus as well. All in all, great value for your money. Also, very friendly host!
Cons: Room is not spacious, and bathroom is small, but that is reflected in price, so no surprise here.
