LOVE THE VIEW and proximity to Beach

Pros: Location is fabulous - North end and quiet end of the beach - view is amazing from the bedroom and the kitchen - 2 full size bathrooms - the view the view the view - you can make the bedroom superdark at night

Cons: Very steep 15 steps - the windows in this house do not open - even though it is beautiful you cannot get any fresh air or open windows to enjoy the seabreeze - if you love the A/C on then this is not an issue at all. - there was no way to get across property to the beach - must walk down the stairs and walk a half street to where Positano is to access beach
