perfect!!!!

Pros: The location is perfect, real close to the beach and you get 2 free chairs and an umbrella. Restaurants and bars are a 7 min walk along ocean drive and you have a decent supermarket near by. The apartment was spotless!! We felt like we were the first couple using it. Well worth it, we'll be back!

Cons: Slightly noisy fan but this can be turned off.

Pros: Czyste mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji, 100 m od głównego deptaka Ocean Drive, do plaży może z 20 m, jest bezpośrednie, prywatne przejście przez tylne podwórze. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu - naczynia, sztućce, ekspres do kawy i kawę, ręczniki plażowe. W cenę wliczone są 2 leżaki i parasol na plaży tuż za mieszkaniem. Mieszkanie jest w nieco starym, ale klimatycznym budynku.

Cons: Bardzo późny checkin (16.00) w innych hotelach jest to max. 12-13. Brak możliwości przyjścia wcześniej mimo, ze mieszkanie było już dawno gotowe, chociaż żeby zostawić walizki (nasz lot przyleciał o 7 rano i do 16 nie mieliśmy gdzie się podziać z 3 wielkimi walizkami). Finalnie skorzystaliśmy z uprzejmości wskazanej przez gospodarza sąsiadki, która przechowała nam bagaż, ale nie jest to komfortowe. Przez kilka godzin nie mogliśmy skontaktować się z gospodarzem, aby wyjaśnić możliwość wcześniejszego checkinu, nie odpisywał ani nie odbierał, a podany kod do drzwi nie działał - okazało się ze był zdalnie zablokowany. Wlaściciel oddzwonił do nas dopiero w czasie gdy checkin byl juz mozliwy (o 16). Również check out bardzo wczesny (10.00), w innych hotelach jest to zazwyczaj 11-12. Malo komfortowe rozwiazanie gdy Twój lot jest we wczesnych godzinach porannych lub późno wieczorem - proszę mieć to na uwadze.

Our stay was perfect, location amazing, amenities: amazing, communication: amazing.

Pros: The Cozy Miami Beach apartment was just perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable, amazing access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved that it’s located in the perfect quiet spot just outside of the busy south beach action, and felt completely safe. The property manager was very helpful and communicated thoughtfully and promptly with any questions we had. He even went so far as to drop off a new blender for the unit when we inquired about it! We would absolutely stay here again.
