Spacious convenient old fashioned apartment.

Pros: Amazing convenient location in centre of lovely art deco area. One block from beach and bus stop to mainland Miami and airport. Cinema, shops, museums all easy walk away as was beach and every kind of restaurant and bar. Big, airy room, good bathroom and kitchenette and lovely bed. Many frequently replenished towels , beach chairs and umbrella. Quick service via WhatsApp when had questions.

Cons: Would have liked an easy chair and a few basics like salt ,pepper and a lighter in kitchen for the stove. It's all very old fashioned but I liked that very much. Amazing polished floor and retro tiles in bathroom.

Pros: Apartment with full kitchen to prepare meals. Different transportation options nearby. Close to the beach with all infrastructure. Supermarket and stores around. Nice wood floor in the room. No resort fee.

Cons: No complains. Good cost-benefits for our specific needs in this trip.

Comfort, Convenience and cleanliness, like a home!

Pros: Classic hotel with home like comfort. An Amazing hotel with huge rooms, big hall, plenty of extra storage, working full kitchen, all amenities inside room, big coin operated laundry space, If you like central location 50m to Ocean Drive and 1 min walk to the beach, make Sherbrooke All suites your home for vacation. Their rooms have plenty of air, sunshine coming from the tall windows and great air-conditioning, plus the full bath has a good water pressure in shower and 24 hours hot water. Wifi was seamless and fast, The bed was super comfortable too. The bus 150 taking you to and from airport and 100 all the way to downtown is 50m away on Washington and 9th, as well as the Trolley A & B, for free rides all over South beach. We stayed a Full week and didn't want to leave at the end because of the comfort alone. Hats off to the Team Sherbrooke !

Cons: 10 flights from 1st level to elevator as our luggage was quite heavy, 6 pieces in all. Except that, nothing is a worry.

Great location near the beach, shops and parking. The room has everything and it was quiet.

Pros: Very close to the beach, shops, and parking. The hotel was unexpectedly good and quiet with everything you might need in the room. A pleasant surprise and great value overall!

All we needed and great location.

Pros: Great location and nice apartment with all we needed. Only 2 min from the beach and Ocean Dr. It is a noisy area - but we knew that when we booked. So overall we had a great stay there. We rented a car and there is several parking lots in the area.

Easy to check in and out. Place as promised, very happy with my stay.

Pros: Location, location, location! Do you look for the beach? Two block, Do you want drinks, dancing? It's around the corner? It's very late, you are drunk? There is a pizza place across the street. Definitely I will look for this hotel next time. And pricing? for sure you will play more for meals than you will pay for hosting. This place is well place, clean, comfy and cheap compared with nearby Airbnbs and Hotels.

Cons: Would like to have free amenities, like bike rental for example. Not sure if it was, because almost everytime I walked in there was none at the reception desk.

Pros: The location is just exceptional, one block away from Ocean Drive (South Beach). This place is at the heart of the Art Deco district, very lively day and night. Wooden floor (I love that). 200 meters to the beach. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The landlord is very helpful with great WhatsApp communication. Thank you.

Pros: The hotel was really nice — very clean and quiet, even though it's in the heart of South Beach, which is amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to Mr. Alejandro for kindly allowing us a late check-out so we could leave our things comfortably. That made a big difference for us! Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay close to the beach

Pros: Sherbrooke provided fantastic value for money. The suite was spacious, clean next to nice bakeries, very close to the beach too. There was AC, elevator. The room kitchenette was equipped well enough and the fridge was spacious too. Alejandro was helpful and it was such a kind gesture that we were allowed late checkout with no extra fee. Overall highly recommended.
