Motel 6-Cutler Bay

Pros: Location location location and the staff treat you like family!

Cons: Well last time I had a microwave and mini fridge with a ☕ coffee maker this time neither but I would have been happy with just a fridge at least to cool our waters.

Great value

Pros: The staff was PHENOMENAL! I can't speak highly enough about them! I was early and my room wasn't ready but I was utterly exhausted, they didn't hesitate to offer me something else to get me into bed sooner. The rooms were very clean, no bugs or smells! I loved that there was on site laundry. I didn't even have to get quarters, there's an app you can download and set up the laundry and even see a timer from your phone so you can go back to your room. The towels were large and fluffy, which isn't something we often find in hotels. I LOVED that the floors were hardwood and not carpet!

Cons: The elevator was jolty and made me uncomfortable but not terrible. The bed comforters were just incredibly thin, I froze most of the night, but they were comfortable! No garbage can in the room, just the small restroom bin.

It was interesting

Pros: The only reason I’m writing this is cause they gave us a room with the bathroom room door had holes in it like someone punched the door as well as the tv was messed up the same way and cold not watch tv. So we called downstairs and they said they were sorry and they upgraded us to another room. Which they did and that room was amazing!!

Cons: The area is bad. If it wasn’t for the upgrade all the other rooms need some work as well as the property. Also the area is not the greatest.

Pros: It's always a pleasure to stay here... The staff is very helpful and professional.

I love the staff here, they make the place so much better.

Pros: Room: Always clean. (Could use a closet so other guests don't consider the valet carts to be their personal wardrobes for their rooms.) Cleanliness: Always clean...as I said before. (If you ever need anything, i.e. bath tissue, towels, fresh bedding....because of an extended stay and want to keep your privacy, all you do is go to the front desk.)
