Overall good stay for a few days before our cruise.

Pros: Closeness to port for cruise, some very helpful staff, breakfast was okay. Pool area was nice. The shuttle service from airport.

Cons: Not enough reception staff. Some reception staff rude and unhelpful.

A very pleasant stay!

Pros: Mack was so helpful with some info and business needs, and the afternoon reception person was also a pleasure to work with. I didn't catch her name but she was very welcoming and efficient. I also really enjoyed the strong and full-flow shower.

Cons: I thought some of the breakfast items were a bit below average.

Pros: Nice comfortable room. Good location. Breakfast with a few choices of food. Free parking.

Cons: One staff member checking us in was not up to standard with customer service. All the other staff were very nice.

A good ending to a very frustrating day!

Pros: Booked due to our flight being cancelled back to Canada. Vensa on the front desk was exceptional with all the people trying to check in, deal with phones and other problems. She is a gem for sure. Breakfast was very good and lots of it.

Fantastic

Pros: Close to the Fort Lauderdale airport. Very tasty breakfast (Thanks Marie). The reception service is fantastic (Thanks Mac). Excellent room, with thoughtful touches like having all Dobe products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion). Excellent place for families.

Cons: We only stayed a short time and weren't able to enjoy the beautiful pool. I hope to have another opportunity.
