Home from home. Great facilities & host.

Pros: The apartment has the wow factor with lots of homely personal touches. Has a city view. 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, towels & cooler in apartment. Galleria shopping mall & Publix on the doorstep. Bus stop nearby. Nice warm outdoor pool. Liased with host (apartment owner) to arrange access to breakfast facilities.

Cons: Front desk polite but disinterested once realise it's a privately owned apartment that you're checking into.

A home away from home.

Pros: Kate was wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and smells so good.

Cons: Unfortunately the parking was very pricey to stay there. $55 per day plus tax to stay there for valet, yet valet never picked up my car for me I always had to go walk and find it. So don’t see a point in paying when you park your own car and get it for yourself anyways.

Privately owned condo rental

Pros: Cozy private unit, thoughtfully well appointed. Host is responsive.

Cons: I didn’t realize that I had booked a privately owned unit. Thought I was booking the hotel, which caused some confusion - however, I have stayed in the hotel before and this was far nicer than the previous room.

Totally enjoyable!

Pros: First off Kate, the owner, was a fantastic host. The property was everything that you would want for a vacation. Everything was fresh, clean and very well equipped with all the special items you need for a long stay. An exceptional balcony to sit and enjoy the warm Florida weather. You will not be disappointed.

Pros: El Departamento es muy lindo. Y si viajas en auto es muy buena la ubicacion. Para caminar no es muy buena la ubicacion.

Cons: El desayuno que ofrecen no es tal. Mas bien te compran cosas pàra que te lo prepares. Y si no llamas para preguntar no te lo avisan. Seria mejor que no incluyan el desayuno y que rebajen un poco el valor.
