Excellent hotel, clean safe , worth the money.

Pros: How clean the room was, the pool area was beautiful

Cons: The remote in my room wasn’t working, so I had to get up and change the channel all the time

Pros: The staff were absolutely nice/amazing they catered to my needs & made sure they were met! At first I wasn't happy with the small room I had, then they changed my room to a pretty big nice comfortable cozy one! I couldn't be more delighted. wish I could get a discount to stay one more night!!

Pros: I like the lady at the window, she is always pleasant. I wish we could get a better deal, while being regulars; but all in all... I love the Richard's...

If you don't like Richard's, you must be nuts! Ha Ha;

Pros: All Employees and Richard the Owner deliver consistently excellent Customer Service always a positive experience when a traditional non corporate family or private old school property exceeds my expectations. Thanks to all at Richard's.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind honestly. It was excellent as always.
