Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura

I highly recommend this hotel and it’s near a lot of shopping

Pros: I stayed at the hotel for 6nights, Hotel location was great, surrounded by restaurants, min malls such as Discounts mall and number of shops, including saloon, baba shop, etc. Very close to bus metro point where you can reach everywhere easily, including the big malls which is about 11kms with one bus only, for big stores like Ross and Harlington are on the same road as well. The hotel has good reception, with good customer services, staff like Diego was amazing, with welcoming and cheerful face throughout the day, very supportive and customer centric. The hotel breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were clean although cleaners were not there for all the days. I will recommend to others who plans their vacation to book accommodation into this hotel

Cons: I was accommodated into fourth floor, immediately when you finished the elevator, you will start with unusual or bad smelling, not sure whether it was coming from the carpet or not, please visit the corridors of the hotels. Additionally, it was difficulty for the hotel to provide assistance on calling for the taxi to take us to the airport as they assume everyone has got a mobile phone with taxi apps which was wrong, e.g. my phone was fully not able to accommodate any other additional loads! Thanks that after prolonged discussion, one of the receptionist assisted with some conditions, anyway, I think it may be of good idea for the hotel to support the taxi travel services to airport and around the city if customer requested whereby all costs will be paid by the traveller. Thank you.

Pros: I just returned from a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura, and I want to share my impressions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness. The hotel staff is another story. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. I especially want to thank the reception for their attentiveness and professionalism. The breakfast was delicious and varied—from fresh fruits to hot dishes, there’s something for everyone. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Worth its money. Acceptable for one night stay, no longer.

Pros: Overall good hotel for that price. It's pretty old but well maintained. Damp smell is everywhere.

Cons: Damp smell. No veggies for breakfast.

Went for the Miami Tennis Open and booked this excellent Hotel .

Pros: All the staff were excellent (special mention to Diego at reception and Phillip the maintenance man) . Very good selection of breakfast and plenty of it. The chamber maids kept our room exceptionally clean and tidy. Our stay was for eleven nights, however, this hotel is very good for just an overnights stay . Close to all amenities (But a drive to/from the beach). Would we ever return ? Yes, of course .

Cons: Close to the highway , so there is some traffic noise.

The staff was the difference: Elizabeth, Eduardo, Dolores, and Fabiana

Pros: The staff was what made my stay memorable. Elizabeth at the front desk checked me in and she was professional, friendly and very helpful. Eduardo in the morning at the breakfast room was so great. He was solicitous, friendly, professional, and overall just awesome! Loved him! A shout-out to Dolores in the breakfast room and also Fabiana from Housekeeping. Again, the staff did it for me.

Great stay great location very clean comfortable bed .near Denny’s ,Wendy’s and Taco Bell

Pros: I really liked breakfast staff especially eduardo (eduardo) he was really helpful and made my stay more comfortable ensuring my satisfaction and comfort at all times .helped me with my luggage to taxi.staff very helpful

Cons: Possibly a bellboy service would be an idea
