Pros: Close to airport, very clean. Nice location good sized rooms. Nice layout….

Pros: The rooms are big and the location was perfect near the airport.

Cons: They didn't have fruit every day at breakfast. The room for landry dosnt work very well, maybe need some registration of the users.

Nice for a pit stop

Pros: The room was clean, spacious and quiet and the staff at the front desk was great. The included breakfast was pretty nice, although I would've appreciated some fresh vegetables in addition to the fruit (or if they were set up, I managed to miss that section).

Cons: Someone neglected to check the shampoo bottle, the bottle was functionally empty and I only managed to squeeze out just enough for the one shower I took.

Hotel is nice and was close to the airport and a free shuttle. Good size room with kitchen.

Pros: Very poor, no provision for gluten free except yogurt and fruit. The staff had no idea about any allergens in the food they served which is not there fault it a management failure. I spoke to the manager about this and he said it was the company guidelines. Not sure is that was correct?

Cons: Only the above. All the rest was fine.

Birthday Trip

Pros: The hotel has a pleasant aroma, which was noticed on entering the hotel. It has a nice view, and it was close to the airport, shopping and eateries. The property is situated in a nice, quiet area. Although it's near roadways and the airport, we weren't disturbed by vehicular or airplane traffic. The shuttle takes guests to nearby places within a 3 mile radius 👍 The general manager was regularly seen around property and seems to be quite professional, courteous, and hands-on. Also, when we alerted him of a concern, he quickly had it rectified. The other staff members were pleasant as well. The breakfast was adequate but was the same items every day. If you stay for a while, you might get tired of it.

Cons: A few calls had to be made to the front desk to get assistance regarding a faulty iron. The noisy AC unit, but it didn't stop us from sleeping :)

Pros: Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto grande, confortável e café da manhã super completo.

Cons: Recepcionista do turno da noite muito mal humorada. Era uma reserva pré-paga, mesmo assim o hotel cobrou, inexplicavelmente, 72 dólares a mais no cartão de crédito. Solicitei verificação e estorno na hora do check out e não fui atendido nem pelo booking nem pelo hotel. Funcionários rudes e mal humorados da recepção.
