Near perfect airport hotel

Pros: Comfortable hotel with a good shuttle service meeting point is level 2 door 5… so phone ahead once you’re through baggage 10 minutes walk. Decent breakfast with omelette bar.

Pros: We wanted a calm and quiet night before long flight, and we really got it. Excellent service and staff, plenty of space in 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen.

Cons: More vegan options at breakfast.

Pros: I got an upgrade from a two bed room to a double room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable place.

Overall, a good, convenient and comfortable hotel near the airport while transferring through Miami.

Pros: The included breakfast was good. The room was ideal for a group of one adult and two kids due to the kitchenette and sofa-bed. Beds very comfortable. Staff on property all helpful. Only ten minutes from the airport.

Cons: Contrary to what the airport hotel shuttle dispatcher thought, the shuttle bus from the airport on arrival was apparently running on request-only, but the telephone number on the email did not connect for either me or the dispatcher, so after waiting 40 minutes watching buses from every other hotel chain on the planet pass by, we had to get a cab from a different level at the airport, which was irritating straight off a 9hr international flight with two tired kids in tow.

I would stay in this hotel again.

Pros: The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. We did not have to wait very long for the he shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons: There really wasn't anything that I didn't like.
