Great location, friendly staff. Would say again but avoid using the shuttle.

Pros: Good location for Miami airport and to explore south Florida (including the Everglades). Pool was a welcome addition. Rooms comfortable and functional. Front desk very responsive to any questions or requests

Cons: The airport shuttle service was unreliable - arrived late and then full (at 5am) so we needed to pivot to an uber.

Pros: It said free breakfast but there wasn't any...at least not that I saw or was offered.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and cooperative. We arrived at 9 in the morning and they were able to find a room for us , so we could enter immediately.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helped us when we got some stuff delivered to them as we had to buy some stuff and had a flight next day.

Our stay was wonderfully relaxing and met our expectations in every aspect!

Pros: Quick and seamless check in process, clean room that was suitable for my family of 3. Also it was conveniently located close to the airport and dolphin mall for us to do our last minute shopping before heading to our home country. Would definitely recommend and use facilities again.

Pros: I asked for a late check out, pay $50 and stay until 4pm. That was an easy operation, fare amout and excelent for me, I had the opportunity to rest a litlle bit more, with was all tha I need.
