Hyatt Place Miami Airport-West/Doral

Good Hotel

Pros: The hotel was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and customer service driven. The room we stayed in was comfortable. The breakfast seating area consisted of the whole of the reception area, so plenty of space. Reasonable choice for breakfast. Location is close to the airport.

Cons: The breakfast area itself is a bit small and can get crowded with guests. As in most Hyatt Place hotels in the USA, the bathroom sink area is in the bedroom area facing the bed, a pet dislike of mine and boggles my mind why this design choice was made.

Good hotel for short stay!

Pros: Location is excellent, they have laundry machines and weight scale for luggage. Everything was perfect.

Cons: The bagels seem old and the toaster didn't work.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the welcoming and well-kept environment.

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating, the surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I appreciated the beautiful outdoor spaces, which added to the relaxing experience.

Cons: The open design, meant to accommodate wheelchair users was good however, it lacked proper barriers to contain the water. As a result, every time the shower was used, the whole floor got wet.

Pros: The room was nice but the breakfast was the =same daily.

Good Stay.

Pros: Breakfast was adequte for the stay and met expectations. Room was spacious. Location was very good and central. Staff was friendly. Parking was good. Room had small microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Fresh towels and sheets were provided daily.

Cons: Bathroom was good but opening bathroom door created some challenges getting in and out as it decreased the space. Not a deal breaker but a bit annoying.

Pros: Property was clean great location staff was amazing easy to talk with and super helpful

Ample amenities to provide comfort, quiet inside hotel,allowed adequate rest.
