Comfortable

Pros: Excellent place to rest, very friendly and attentive staff

Cons: During my entire stay, only one elevator was working.

Pros: I like that the staff was helpful and friendly.i like that the place was clean and fresh I like the convenience off package holding. I love it that the staff took the time to engage with their guest

Cons: I didn't like it that the hotel sign was not visible or in plain sight upon arrival. I hated the fact that I had package delivered that I didn't get even after checking just before check out. But over all we enjoyed are stay

Pros: Close proximity to shopping and places to eat. Breakfast was repetitive, there should be more options to choose from. Room was clean, housekeeping passed everyday.

Cons: Having the same breakfast choices everyday.

Pros: We had 1 bedroom suit which was brilliant had everything needed beds were comfy breakfast was nice we stayed here for night before cruise it was perfect for us miller's in car pack walmart 5 min drive there is a pool but we didn't have time to use it

Great for a night or a week -suite style accomodation!

Pros: Loved the suite style accomodations and would definitely come back for a multiple-night stay. Also the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was perfect and great staff there too. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable

Pros: Love the layout of the room very spacious and cozy. The hotel is much nicer on the inside than it seems from the outside. AC was just right and there was an air dryer

Cons: The bathroom linen was stained. The soap and shampoo dispenser was dusty and there was no wash rags. The location of the hotel was a little difficult to find by the ride share.

Pros: Very good selection of breakfast items, we enjoyed making fresh waffles. The location was excellent with respect to the airport, but less so when wanting to experience Miami. Traffic in that city is horrible.

Cons: We had to leave very early in the morning and would have liked some take-along breakfast option. We informed up front so made other arrangements, but it could have been a great bonus. I understand the environmental and economical benefits of large packages of toiletries in the room, but they appeared expired, This should be checked, The body lotion bottle expressed a watery liquid, the conditioner as well. The showergel was good and the only one we really needed.
