Cons: Cleanness could be better, carpets and some of the facilities need to be replaced, painted or refurbished (old carpets, curtains etc)

Pros: The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, & groceries . It is also beach front. The room is quite spacious

Cons: The bed is quite shaky. The construction in front is not so nice . There is no room service for our 9 days stay.

You can't live closer to the ocean.

Pros: Great conditions for a great price. You can't live closer to the ocean. Brilliant view. A wonderful opportunity to spend an evening on the beach without getting into the car. There is a parking lot at the hotel with discounts for hotel residents. Very nice service. Interesting decor, you can feel like you are in old times in Florida. I'd be happy to recommend this cool place.

Cons: A small minus is the inability to open the windows in the room, and I would like to feel the freshness of the ocean before going to bed.

Great cost-benefit!

Pros: Excellent cost-benefit. The reviews here complaining, to me, are utterly ridiculous. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, beachfront, and the staff was friendly enough to let us into our room and check us out without fuss. If people want a 5-star room with a jacuzzi and lobster for room service, they better be ready to pay the price in Miami. This is a great option for people that want comfort and a good location.

Cons: Elevator was slow AS HELL (LOL), but other than that, all was great!

We go to Miami every year and enjoy staying there and have no plans to change.

Pros: It’s clean and right on the beach, with beach access. Close and walkable to all the restaurants.

Cons: I booked a balcony room for 3 nights, but they apparently overbooked it, so we didn’t get the balcony room for the first night.
