Pros: Great and friendly staff, willing to work with you if you have any concerns. Location is perfect, near the beach, ample Parking across from hotel and lots of things todo Great Stay

My review of waterside hotel

Pros: Location was perfect and very close to the beach , bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely too and the room was upgraded and i had two bathrooms and a massive coach with two TV'@s incredible value for money.

Cons: The AC wouldn't work every now and again and when I wanted it off it wouldn't turn off ether 🤷‍♂️ luckily mid way through my stay this was fixed but apart from that it was all good.

Very nice stay and I will be staying again in the future.

Pros: The front of house was very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The stainless steel cooking pots are a good touch. The management was very good and gave us extra time to check out having kids and a lot of luggage.

Fabulous. I want to come back. Asap!

Pros: It’s small but perfectly sized. We loved the location - so close to the beach / shops / trolley stop and also Collins Avenue. Loved the pool. The room was perfect and clean. Beds very comfortable. And the kitchenette had everything we needed. No kettle but I got very good at making tea in the microwave! lol.

Cons: Everything. That it is small and quiet probably. And that you can just get on with your holiday uninterrupted but have staff onsite to help if you need it.

THE PERFECT OPTION FOR MIAMI BEACH

Pros: The perfect location to stay in Miami Beach, with a huge parking lot in front, good restaurants around to go walking and the Publix store with another big parking. The pool is beautiful and clean, the rooms are big and confortable. For this price it is the best option. I will always come back to this hotel.

Cons: Maybe you can find stupid people in the pool or kids annoying

Spatial, close to everywhere, very clean and intimate swimming area

Pros: Amazing! Very cool, modern, intimate and close to everywhere but apart these was quite cozy and calm (10 minutes by car/bus from the noisy centre.

Cons: Maybe only that towels weren't changed everyday but every 3rd dat. But after a tip they brought us bach towels that we've never had during the stay before! 😂
