Pros: Location is everything! Close proximity to everything...food. drinks, beach, public transport. Opie our host was excellent, friendly , always available. Excellent wifi. Aircon that worked on both cooling and heating. If we can back to Miami would definitely stay again

Cons: The facilities are dated, but everything you need is there. We had issues with bed - the bed base was broken. Opie arranged for it to be fixed, however didn't even last one night!

Pros: Mr in Lobby was Great . Very friendly and helpfully ;)

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location is perfect — just a short walk from everything you might need. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Ovi at the front desk — he was amazing! Super welcoming, always ready to help, and made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Thanks for a great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very good location-Front desk super kind-But Not cleaning service during your stay

Pros: The location is very good, very close to the beach and to many shops and restaurants, and bakeries. Obi, the person managing the hotel and at the front desk, is very good and helpful, always there to give you a hand and to solve your problems, I even left him some small gifts.

Cons: About the cleaning, the room was very clean when I arrived, but, from my original booking of three days, and, that I added two more days, the room was never cleaned during all my five days of stay. After the first night, the cleaning ladies knocked my door offering me towels and toilette paper, but this was the only time. All the rest of the days, they didn't even knocked again, I had to open the door when I heard them in the corridor and ask them for towels, toilette paper, and I even had to empty my own trash various times: I had close the trash bags, and give the full bags to the cleaning ladies, because they didn't empty them, not even once, in my five days of stay. And they never mopped my room in the five days, and they didn't make my bed in the five days. It's like renting an apartment, because you find it clean but they don't take care of it during your stay. It's a comfortable place, but doesn't work as a hotel regarding the cleaning and the care for the rooms. The walls are too thin, you can hear everything from the other rooms: from talks, to babies crying, to sex noises.

Pros: Great location, especially to the beach only 2 min walk and a good selection of restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff, especially Obi, thank you so much for the hospitality and accommodating any needs. I'll be back! ☺️

Pros: The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is near the beach, a bus stop to go to anywhere in Miami. The staff is very nice especially the receptionist guy which is very friendly to me

Cons: It is safe with only a password to enter the hotel and the room, but every time I go out I always have a fear that someone can break through inside my room. Which is why I prefer using a keycard instead.

Pros: Hotel felt very welcoming, as if I was invited into a little family! Felt like a home for my short stay. I even got gifted a fridge magnet.

Pros: we only met one member of staff, Avi I think his name was And we was so lovely to us. hotel itself is very clean and close to Miami Beach

Friendly staff and perfect location

Pros: The service desk guy is amazing ! He is so friendly and helpful and the service is great. The location is fantastic as it’s just a 5 minter walk away from north beach It was just a really pleasant day and I would recommend to anyone as a hidden gem

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Nice little room, clean and organised. Ovi was amazing, gave us an insight to the area. Stayed for a week and don't have many complaints.

Cons: Ironing board didn't work so had to use a table top one.
