Superb location, super friendly staff

Pros: A real family feel, super friendly staff who really wanted to help. Perfect location at the end of Ocean Drive. Great roftop pool and sundeck area. Free Breakfast, free bike use, pool and beach towels and use of beach chairs.

Cons: Waiting for the lift, stairs no easily accessible

Lovely hotel, good sized rooms, great staff. Would happily stay here again.

Pros: Great location right on Ocean Drive and with a rooftop pool and terrace which was never too busy. Daily Champagne hour is a nice touch too. Loads of bars and restaurants within a short walk and easy to get to the rest of Miami by taxi.

Perfect location and facilities for a short term stay in Miami Beach

Pros: Great views from the enormous balcony overlooking Ocean Drive.

I recommend this hotel

Pros: I like hotel stuff, they are very kind and always ready to help. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes to the ocean. We have complimentary breakfast and always could take bottled water in reception

Cons: I don’t like cleaning the room because we always have sand on the floor, it was everywhere

Modern, well maintained, friendly staff, excellent facilities and a central location. Very good value for money.

Pros: We loved the location of the hotel and the staff were very helpful. We used the pool everyday, and happy hour was a lovely touch. We took advantage of the bikes a few times and the complimentary breakfast had an excellent range of choices.

Cons: The valet is a bit pricey but considering parking is difficult in the area, we paid and just got on with it.

Outstanding service, lovely staff, premuim location

Pros: The property is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is complementary in this hotel, they give us towel and chairs to use at the beach that is just across the road, very short distance. Staff are amazing. We got our room straight away after we arrived, I would like to thank all the staff and Jessica the manager for looking after us and make our stay smooth and special.

Comfortable and practical

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We got upgraded because the AC did not work in our room. The room facilities are great especially if you do not want to eat in restaurants (very expensive for no reason). We used the roof top terrace for all our meals and enjoyed the views. There is no problem to bring your own food and drinks to any shared space. They also offer a complimentary coffee and simple breakfast.

Cons: There is only one elevator which is very slow. Very long wait every time we needed it. Depending on what type of deal you get when you book - it could be a good value if you do not pay full price :)

Pros: Our room was amazing , spacious, clean ,tidy , beds comfortable, staff was very helpful and nice. It was a big pleasure to be there
