Metropole Suites South Beach

Good location in SoBe

Pros: Location is what sold the stay to us. We like to walk so having beaches and SoBe lunch/dinner spots close is our preference. The room was very big, a little apartment honestly, which always helps to feel relaxed. Nice catch on clean beach towels everyday.

Cons: The bathroom could use some reno: the sink was very uncomfortable as the water was exiting only on one side and was quite impossible to use.

Beautiful staff and warm reception!

Pros: The location is amazing! I was truly surprised by the quality of the room. I will definitely recommend and I look forward to staying here in the future. The kitchen was equipped with wine glasses, ice buckets , wine opener and everything to make my short stay worthy. Plus I love the little bar downstairs.

Cons: The internet was crap though! 😭

Pros: Was alright didn’t went around to check it out but the WiFi is so weak . That’s the only thing from one of the suit it wasn’t working . The staff are excellent . Location is great .

Fantastic location with the comforts you need for South Beach Miami

Pros: Fantastic location for being near South Beach and the surrounding areas. There's a multi-story car park across the road where we could park each day too, handy to know if you're after parking. The apartment was light and airy, had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: This hotel is great and really helpfull. We specially want to thank the colombian girl behind the reception, we made it to Colombia! Thank you so much!

Miami 2.0

Pros: The location is great, Ocean drive and the beach is just a street away. The hotel staff really made sure we had all we required. The suite itself has all that you need and is spacious.

Cons: The cleanliness in the suite can be improved but our stay was great.

It was okay.

Pros: Room location was great. We just weren't able get into our room. There was some type of key loc issue. Maintenance had come fix when entering. It was extremely hot waiting.

Cons: The wait for door lock be fix. Several other guests had same issue.

Great room with a great location.

Pros: The room exceeded our expectations due to it's size, cleanliness and location. The hotel offered unlimited free drinks between 5pm-6pm, which was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff like David.

Cons: The only slight problem was that we were told that the room was only cleaned every 3 days that we were there, on our 3rd day it wasn't cleaned but we went to reception and they gave us the fresh towels and changed our bedding straight away. They also didn't have luggage storage for us when we checked out for our later flight.

Clean and comfortable sized rooms with great hospitality service.

Pros: The working staff was generous and answered every question with a smile.

Cons: When bedframe in our room had pieces chipped off.
