Pros: Very helpful staff flexible and kind! localization couldn't be better! very spacious rooms with comfy large beds. highly recommended for a short or a longer stay!!! Roof top pool, great for photos! ;)

Pros: EVERYTHING! The staff and customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! The young man at the front desk Friday night,(he's new) went above and beyond! Kudos to him! We definitely be back in the future. Here with my best friend, but I will be back with husband in the future. I live here in Hollywood, would love to come for a weekend getaway!😁👍❤️

Perfect

Pros: Perfectly situated across from beach and close to shops and restaurants, room was very big and had everything we needed. Air con is brilliant and well needed. We extended our trip by an extra night and hotel was very accommodating and gave us a great rate. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Pros: Great Location, in the heart of Miami Beach right in front of the sign. Beautiful view on the ocean. Morning coffee on the balcony tasted better then ever. Room was an actual apartment with a kitchenette. The oven and a stove were missing but a coffee maker, a fridge and a microwave were all there. I would totally recommend this place.

Pros: Exceptionally situated at the beach in Art Deco district with outstanding view to the ocean. Spacious suite, very friendly staff.

Pros: Great location. Nice view of the street park and a little bit of sea. Basic hotel just good for sleep. No facilities apart from a water machine.

Cons: The stay was basic but comfortable overall. However, even with soundproof double-glazed windows, the street-facing rooms are very noisy, so I highly recommend bringing earplugs. This area is generally noisy—whether that’s a pro or con depends on your preference. Now for some constructive feedback on minor issues that could greatly improve the quality of the stay if addressed. Firstly, the lamps near the beds use cool white bulbs, which create a harsh, hospital-like lighting. Replacing them with soft white bulbs would provide a much warmer and more relaxing ambiance. Secondly, the coffee machine is outdated and not user-friendly, especially for international travellers unfamiliar with it. Investing in a Nespresso machine, which has become the standard in boutique hotels, would significantly enhance the guest experience. A good coffee in the morning makes a lasting impression, and this small upgrade would make a big difference. While these are small details, they reflect the difference between a good and a great stay

Recommended quality place with plenty of room in a perfect location

Pros: Perfect location of the hotel, amazing big room with full kitchen inside.

Cons: Wifi was not working and in the kitchen there was no cleaning equipment to do the washing.

Perfect location for visiting Miami beach

Pros: Stuff was excellent, informative and polite, Room was clean. Complimentary coffee and tea. Microwave in the room. Close to the beach and main walking street.

Cons: Adittional fees and taxes. No response to messages.
