Great hotel on the beach.

Pros: Friendly staff, free use of bikes, good breakfast spread. Lovely warm adult pool. Easy access to beach and promenade. Good location, and easy access fron airport. Suitable airconditioning.

Cons: Main pool was unheated and no-one used it. Check out time was only 11am.

Great hotel, good value for money

Pros: Nice hotel, close to the Beach. Very friendly staff. Large rooms.

Cons: Some notes to management: 1. Booking.com was considerably cheaper than Marriott Bonvoy booking (channel manager not set up properly?) 2. “Service room” button was ignored, didn’t receive cleaning. 3. Booking confirmation says 150 usd security deposit, but 150 per night was taken, which was a considerable amount.

Pros: Overall, we had a pleasant stay - the service was great, the room was spacious and I really liked the L'Occitane toiletries

Cons: The only thing that could have been better was the view:it was partly facing a neighboring building with ust a glimpse of the ocean. Also, when we opened the window, we could hear a loud exhaust fan outside instead of the sound of the waves which was a bit disappointing. But aside from that, everything was nice and comfortable.

Pros: Our 2nd time here. We were so impressed in 2023 we knew we wud return.. Amazing staff. In every department. Cleanliness is excellent. Concierge and valet staff are so helpful. Certainly lives up to the Autograph Standard

3 nights in Miami

Pros: The hotel door staff were very attentive when we arrived. The hotel room and lobby decor were to a high standard, and the lobby always smelled lovely.

Cons: On reflection, the price was quite high for what we got. The hotel was too far to walk to the art deco district every day, especially in the heat, about 30 blocks away. There was a $45 resort fee, which I didn't get the benefit of. The hotel bikes are only 2hr rental, which puts you under pressure to come back so we used city bikes instead. There's also a $150 charge per night on your debit card, ours was $450, and it takes 3-5 working days to return post checkout. I don't know why a hotel in this price range needs to do this to their guests on top of resort fees. Pillows were not comfortable for us. The hotel is probably more suited for for people who want to stay in the hotel or just the beach.

Stunning ocean view

Pros: We stayed in an ocean view room which was stunning! Highly recommend upgrading for this view. We enjoyed the pool facilities and complementary sun lounges on the beach. Every member of stuff was helpful.

Cons: Noisy a/c. Also, my 9 year old found a piece of sharp glass in the main pool.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with sense of grandeur in stunning location. Would definitely come again if in Miami. Maria in the pool bar was superb and added to our cocktail experience 😀

Cons: The plug didn't work for the bathtub

Great location in South Beach

Pros: Beautiful hotel with lots of areas outside, a pool reserved for adults of +21, staff is super pro and helpful. The room was nice and cosy. The italian restaurant within the hotel has a great menu and cocktails are top notch.

Cons: The AC is blasting cold in all areas of the hotel and the room temp was set to 66 F on arrival. The bathroom did not seem well ventilated which makes it humid and attracts moth flies.

Fabulous hotel but very expensive for 1 nights stay

Pros: Room was fantastic. Concierge staff were amazing. Pool areas were fab.

Cons: Check in not til 4pm!! Was there at 11 and told we would get an email when the room was ready. Didn’t get one, checked in ourselves after 5.

Pros: Location, staff, bike hire, sun beds, pool, food, breakfast and room all very good, happy with our stay just wish we’d had another night to explore Miami more.

Cons: Mislead on the website, sea view booked should be “full sea view” and sadly we only had a partial sea view.
