Westover Arms Hotel

Pros: We didn't eat at this hotel. The room we stayed in was very large. We were surprised it had a kitchen. There was also a washer and dryer in the room.

Cons: I didn't find the staff overly friendly. When we arrived in the lobby there was a guy behind a desk, he didn't welcome us. We actually had to ask him if this was were we checked in. When we checked out we seemed to get the same service.

We spent one night before the cruise from Miai Port and we found what we wanted in the room.

Pros: Good location in Mid Miami Beach. Everything you need is in the room. Accessible by ride share or by airport bus easily. No issues with check-in, payment and check-out.

Pros: Very good location, clan and well equipped. Good location to cheap public parking

Pros: Location. Spacious room. Great bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Cheap parking 5min walk from property. 1min walk to beach.

Pros: Room with full kitchenette. Bathroom was ideal. Location. Close to a 24 CVS for any needs.

Cons: AC was a bit noisy.

Our stay at Westover Arms

Pros: Location.... restaurants and grocery shops are close by, close to the beach, good access to public transport. Self contained/ well equipped room...washer and dryer, utensils, refrigerator, dish washer. Efficient check in and check out....Nicholas at the reception was very good.

Cons: Lack of storage/ limited clothes hangers. One particular person at the reception on the evening of May 16th...he created unnecessary fuss when we ordered food from outside, while we had clarified previously that outside food is allowed...why else do you have a serviced apartment anyway ? He literally drove the delivery boy away and kept arguing with us / giving vague reasons why the food was not there when we got a clear message that the delivery was completed and left at the front desk. We had no problems for earlier deliveries when food was actually delivered to our rooms. So we have strong reasons to believe that the receptionist was root cause of the failed delivery. By the time we finished checking with the restaurant, it was too late to order and we had to forgo dinner.

very good location to stay close to the beach and near main roads.

Pros: Great location, one blocl t the beach and they give you towels umbrella and chairs

Cons: Room condition not great, dish washer did not work but they replaced it; bed was just OK

Westover arms

Pros: Location. .Apartment .clean and quiet. Large fridge.

Cons: A sofa under the bed was so strange and difficult to get in and out of the bed.. noisy air con.

I like this hotel.

Pros: I like this hotel, I come back to them for the second time and I recommend to everyone who wants to relax in a clean, pleasant and friendly hotel. The beach is two minutes walk away. The room is cleaned every day. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, washing machine and dryer, all the dishes. (family room). I will come back here on my next vacation.

Pros: -Convenient location by the beach, next to stores and bus stops -well equipped spacious apartment -clean

Cons: Staff was not so welcoming, basically seem not to notice you at all, not smiling, saying hello, etc. So customer service could be improved, otherwise I definitely recommend this hotel!
