Secret Garden Miami Beach

Pros: The staff were helpful and explained the area we were in and how to find our way around

Pros: The location is very close to the beach,under 5 min walking. Restaurants and shops also close. The rooms are big with good furniture. you can find a good deal on booking and its worth it, comparing it with other hotels within the same price range.

Cons: One woman receptionist,had a rude attitude,”welcomed” us sitting/lounging,we disturbed her peaceful afternoon..arriving at 1pm and telling us the check in is a 4pm and if we want an early check in there is a fee. Not even checking if the room is available or our names or to offer to hold the luggage. The other receptionist,Rafael i think is his name, was very helpful, trying to get us an early breakfast at 6am,giving insides on the places to visit close by,and helping getting the room deposit back as soon as possible. The deposit took almost 2 weeks to be returned, another thing that can be annoying.

Close to the beach and public transportation

Pros: Our room was so spacious, lots of sunlight but also good air conditioning.

Cons: Daily cleaning is not provided by default, you need to request it.

Great place for budget travels

Pros: Amazing location - very close to the beach and to bus stops. Free trolley to Ocean Drive and South Beach

Cons: The shower needs renovation - it was hard to use and water going everywhere

Lovely affordable hotel on Miami Beach - A few minor dislikes but overall really good.

Pros: location (200 meters from the beach) size of room - with a spa bath friendliness of reception staff Lovely Tropicana Art Deco building Super comfy bed (and a huge one!)

Cons: they took a $100 deposit (which cheapened the experience and spoiled our enjoyment slightly) breakfast is a joke (don't even bother - not even cereals for the kiddies. It's just stewed American-style coffee, boiled eggs & toasted white bread - and that's if there's any left!) Went overboard with the Art Deco-themed interiors which looked cheap & tacky Our room had very little natural light (due to a huge palm tree against the window) A strange and somewhat ridiculous arrangement of having the bath/ shower in the same room as you sleep.

Pros: The location is perfect, so close to the beach. Very clean, comfortable bed, so quiet conditolioner.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Very pleased due to accomodating staff and the overall facilities offered.

Pros: The hotel was very good for its price for its location, staff and cleanliness. It was very quiet and convenient as it was close to the beach -2 minute walk. The hotel had 24hours access doors and the receptionist, Nick was very helpful and accommodating to any of our queries. He gave us a warm welcome and explained to us what facilities the property offered, and even provided us with baggage storage after our check out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to future guests.

Great place to stay

Pros: The spa bath was amazing! Bed was super comfy and location is really convenient and close to the beach.

Cons: I think this is fixable: the fridge makes a lot of noise. Also there's some brekafast even though it's not shown here, but is not as good as one would expect, but included :)

This was my second time staying here and I love the location and rooms.

Pros: I loved my room, I was upgraded to the king room with jacuzzi and it was amazing.

Cons: No complaints.

Beautiful rooms, close to beach

Pros: Great location, close to beach, clean, big room, tub/jacuzzi in room!, good channels on tv/prime video, netflix

Cons: Can hear people slamming doors in hallway since hotel has tile floors throughout, which looks beautiful but can hear a lot
