Up Midtown

Pros: We liked the location and how it suited us for our stay as a family off 5 it was just ideala dn value for money

Beautiful garden but it may not welcome for hanging around.

Pros: Room is huge. Tea is free. It is close to bus station. I like the garden.

Cons: Bathroom facilities are not well established. I don't know whether because of the towel, my skin got itching while my room mate haven't used hotel towel, he was not getting same problem in Up Midtown. Sounds was heart from next door always. I chose this hotel because of the beautiful garden, however, each of the morning the chairs were all wet. (It was no rain) I cannot enjoy my breakfast there. -_- The TV channel is not stable. Some of the front desk staff cannot speak English.

Really nice hotel

Pros: The bed was really good. Cool TV and really good with the parking too. The Location was nice and the personal too

Cons: It could be cleaned more often and the curtain in the shower could protect a bit more the toilet to be wet. But really nothing compared to the good things :)

All in all not a bad place to spend a night or two but no more.

Pros: The property was better than outside would think but had higher hopes based on the pictures provided. But the rooms were big and clean. And the beds were very comfortable and that’s a lot.

Cons: None of the staff spoke any English so we had a hard time getting all the answers we needed. Even though they were a bit mellow (maybe because the language barrier) they were helpful as could be.

Perfect stay in Miami

Pros: The location was perfect. You can move around for free with the Miami Trolley and the Metromover. The hotel is near all the interesting areas. Midtown shopping mall and Design District nearby. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room and really good coffee for one dollar at the reception. The toiletries are really good quality and smell nice.

Pros: Very spacious room, fridge in the room, huge bed, toiletries, daily cleaning service. Location is just perfect- about 45 minutes walk to Bayside (don't miss Maurice Ferre Park on the way) but buses to Downtown Miami also available just beside the hotel, the shopping mall about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and bus stop for the bus to Miami International Airport is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Basic is beautiful

Pros: Great location, the staff are all lovely and they keep the place super clean. The property is very basic but great value when all one wants is a clean place to rest, close to all shops.

Cons: Some of rooms which do not have windows in the bathroom can get a bit damp.

Perfect for exploring Miami by a car

Pros: I stayed again in the same hotel, because it was clean and modern. No problem with free parking. Perfect for exploring Miami by a car. Safe neighborhood.

Cons: Musty smell in the room. Noises from the street during a night.
