Best pick for you just outside downtown Miami

Pros: Great hotel, walking distance to University Subway station for a service to downtown Miami for a few bucks. Checkin very friendly. Room size is good, a fridge and television in the room. Vending machine for soda's outside and ice machine available (ask the reception to open this one for you). Parking is available at the hotel grounds.

Good value for money.

Pros: Quite close to the downtown. Near cafes and bars (McDonald's, Starbucks).10-15 minutets to the metro (university stop). Very Safe Area, we were walking on the middle of the nights. Very fast check in and check out. Nice Staff, too.

We cound stay there for a week. But We just passing by.

Pros: The personel was very friendly. The place is very clean og a very Good space. You Can park the car.

Cons: You Can hear the train, but no problem. We sleep very well.

Very convenient good value for the price

Pros: Never had breakfast wasn't sure about where or the hours. Most accommodating Innkeeper and he came to the room to assist with TV. Upon leaving another end keeper asked how our stay was and very concerned it was very hospitable

Cons: Could have used an extra pillow or two for the bed.

Great accommodation, comfortable, and very well-located for a public transport user like myself.

Pros: Really nice accommodation, in a great area. The check-in staff member was very helpful and friendly, and gave me a room as per my request - thanks very much for this, I appreciated it very much. It is a short walk from the nearby University Metrorail station, with easy links to Downtown and Miami Airport. There are some good eateries and self-catering shops next to the Metrorail station too. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and I had a lovely stay there. Thank you very much.

Pros: Good value basic room for the location, near University of Miami and Coconut Grove/Little Bahamas. Genuinely friendly staff suggests a healthy work culture. Also good value restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: Dixie Highway really feels like a highway, despite having a continuous sidewalk. To make it work as a pedestrian (I did)- stick to the parallel streets like Miller and Ponce De Leon. Grand going east into Coconut Grove is fine.

I would recommend anyone to stay here because of how they treat their customers.

Pros: It’s a nice motel and they’re really nice people to help me out with anything that I need.

Pros: This is one of the best affordable motels in Miami. Very clean and spacious. Sure they don't have all the luxuries that hotels have but it's excellent for the stay

Pros: Places in a great location it was local like 10 minutes away from the job we were working on that part was really great

Cons: They charge you for parking your vehicle and we had two of them to go down there for work
