1 Bedroom Apt near Coconut Grove

A clean, quiet, comfortable, self sufficient apartment in a very central location.

Pros: The host paid attention to small details, the property was clean and we felt very welcome. We had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the shower! The location was also very good.

Cons: It was sometimes difficult to find street parking nearby. The 2 pillows on the bed were quite hard for our taste however only at the end of our stay did we see that there were two extra pillows in the apartment which were very nice.

Pros: I like the place a lot, super clean and Sergio was super helpful with tips of where to eat and what to do.

Cons: The location seems a little bit unsafe but after we stayed there I can say that I was wrong and that was my first impression.

Pros: Very good communication from the host and the apartment was clean and nice.

Pros: La comodidad del lugar, tiene todos los utilitarios de cocina, amenidades de aseo y demás, un lugar muy tranquilo, bonito, impecable. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Cons: Todo estuvo maravilloso, la verdad fue más de lo esperado.

Pros: Nos encantó la ubicación, un lugar tranquilo, seguro, cerca de superercados y estaciones de metro y bus. Muy atento, claro y amable el anfitrión. Muy limpio todo, los muebles y utencilios en muy buen estado. Aire acondicionado, cocina bien equipada y la cama muy cómoda.

Pros: Excelente ubicación cerca de supermercados, transporte público, cajeros, restaurantes, muy céntrico entre ciudad y playa y de lugares de interés

Cons: El check in podría ser un poco más temprano.

Peaceful home away from home

Pros: It was a pretty convenient day. It was a mixture of leisure in both work and I really enjoyed the atmosphere just entering the apartment. It was an amazing stay for me.

Cons: There wasn’t really a distaste in my mouth about this property as everywhere parking in Miami is always tight at night time so then of course was a normal but other than that no nothing to say about this property negative

Todo estuvo bien, yo volvería a quedarme en el mismo lugar cuando regrese.

Pros: Muy bien ubicado, el lugar super tranquilo y si había donde estacionar siempre. El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario, desde toallas hasta plancha y secador de cabello (faltó una tetera)

Cons: Hacía demasiado ruído el air conditioner, era incómodo dormir.
