Best Western Plus Ft Lauderdale Hollywood Airport Hotel

Complete service for our purpose and friendly staff.

Pros: Pick up transfer was there quick and arrived at hotel in short time. Nice clean vehicle. Great variety of items for breakfast. They did have transfer options through 3rd party to both cruise ports. We were going to Miami and may have used this service if we knew ahead of time.

Cons: Loud road noise was like the windows were open. Not hotels fault just location near major roadway. The strong smell of marijuana by moms room located by back entrance. That's just people thinking their comfort is more important than ours and would do it anyway. Not hotel.

Good clean convenient location

Pros: Good location handy to airport and cruise port. very good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons: Breakfast was limited but not a complaint considering price.

Pros: The room was clean, and the staff were very polite. The location is convenient, close to the airport. If you’re not looking for anything fancy, I would recommend this place.

Stay here for cruise port or Airport

Pros: The location to Miami port was the reason for the stay so location was important + we needed to wash cloths before moving on. Washing machine and dryer were a good price to use ( I think $1.50 to $2 each). Room was very big too. They also let us in early (11.30am) as our room was ready. Breakfast was simple with a few options to choose from but it did the job.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Very thing was as advertised

Pros: Staff very friendly; especially the young lady who checked us in/out. Shuttle to airport was excellent and driver great. Main part of hotel very clean. Breakfast was good; hot eggs, sausage and waffles with the regular cold selections. Linens in room clean. Bed/pillows comfortable.

Cons: Floor in room was new vinyl but dirty. Parts of room had updates but lamps by bed were rusty and we never did figure out how to turn them one. Only one electrical outlet by bed hidden behind the mattress. Couple of outlets in a ?lamp on the stand (not sure if that is legal). Something wrong with shower door; very hard to shut/open. Tank in flush not working well; water would not turn off after flushing.

It was short and sweet.

Pros: Juan, front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. He explained everything and made sure I was all set for my stay. Unfortunately I had to modify my reservations and he was very understanding and assisted as best as he can.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I could recall

Just minutes from the airport

Pros: Easy access to the airport and local eateries. Denny's is across the street. Large room and a firm bed.

Cons: Check-in area has cold coffee.

Good Value

Pros: For me personally, aside from lacking ham or bacon, the breakfast was very good. Ample choice of cereals and coffee choices. Vending machines in the lobby offer a great array of drinks as well as hot and cold snacks. There's also free coffee available in the lobby as well as the rooms. Rooms are large, the bathroom has great hot/cold water pressure and beds are super comfortable. I do like the onsite free parking, that was a bonus! Checking in was a breeze.

Cons: Unfortunately and it's nobody's fault the fire alarm shorted just after midnight and could only be deactivated by the fire department who arrived some 20 minutes after the alarm started. After that, I was wide awake and could sleep again until 5am. But to repeat, this was nobody's fault and the hotel overall is excellent and good value.

Pros: I've got everything I needed. Comfortable bed, air condition, plenty parking space and most of everything I liked breakfast also personal was very friendly.

Cons: Water was not so warm as expected.

We will be back. Great affordable stay

Pros: Great weekend front desk, hot breakfast and clean room. Quiet!

Cons: Exercise room needs maintenance, elevator problems
