Chic Private Retreat

Pros: Lovely decorated retreat. I was very comfortable and didn‘t want to leave.

Charming, feels European, but not necessarily comfortable or convenient.

Pros: A lovingly decorated room in a private residence with a European flair and with a window looking out on a garden. The bathroom is modern, but on the small side. There is a small fridge and a microwave in a short hallway between bedroom and bathroom.

Cons: The room is about 12'x14' and has a walk-in closet; it would be confining for guests needing space. There are probably multiple guest rooms in the house, but my room offered no access to common areas or the garden. All communications with the host were digital. The house is located in a large residential area; I noticed no commercial sites in walking distance. Use of a GPS is essential for finding and returning to the house.

Great stay!

Pros: Everything we needed was there, it’s clean, close to Miami, very safe neighborhood, communication was fast! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area.

Pros: Check-in was smooth. The host was friendly. The neighborhood is nice.

Cons: It's several miles away from restaurants, etc.

Pros: Exactly as depicted. Host respects your privacy and is very organized. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Pros: Super schönes Zimmer in einer tollen Wohngegend. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Safe, comfortable, beautiful space with caring host.

Pros: Alexandria was very responsive with communication and requests. I loved how beautiful and welcoming the room felt. It had everything I needed - private bathroom, small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. She left complimentary snacks and water bottles as well. That night, my GPS informed me that I had arrived at my destination. I was not in front of her house and drove around the neighborhood trying to find it. It was past 10:30pm and I was feeling some anxiety about this. I decided to call her even though it was late. She answered immediately and was so kind and helpful. She sent her husband outside and stayed on the phone with me until I made it home. She made me feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I need to stay in the area. I am very grateful for her.

Affordable and clean residential accomodation

Pros: The host was very good at communicating and graciously accommodated our delay due to traffic, meeting us at our arrival to go over the details of our stay. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, with thoughtful amenities.

Cons: The neighbor had a yapping dog that continued until 2am. There were no instructions for the TV and we were blocked from using Amazon Prime that appeared to be available. Had to use the closet to set up our 2 carry-on bags as there was not enough room elsewhere. Not a biggie.

Pros: Muy limpio, acogedor, y la Persona que nos recibió muy atenta y siempre contestaron nuestros mensajes , lo recomiendo.

Pros: Everything was as advertised. Well-appointed and in excellent condition.

Cons: Nothing.
