Nice typical US house
Pros: location is super great close to the keys. Perfect location if you intend to visit the keys or everglades park. Ideal for 1-2 stay nights. Check in is very easy. Shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms, well splited. Thanks for the hospitality - I highly recommend this place.

Pros: This is a homestay, not a hotel. I got all the information for check-in over the phone and the booking app. Actually never met them. I only slept there so a nice comfortable place to crash a night or two.
Cons: The host is renting out 2 rooms. You are sharing the bathroom with the other room. In my case, I could hear the guests in the other room when they needed to check-out at 4 am. Else everything was ok.

An overall wonderful stay! Warm, attentive hosts, a spotless room, and a super comfortable bed!
Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Spanish Style House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable place to rest. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and accommodating, going out of their way to make you feel at home. The room is spotlessly clean, and both the space and the bed are extremely comfortable. I slept like a dream!
Cons: I loved everything about this place.

Good location, super clean in a private house
Pros: Location, clean, quiet, double is two separate bedrooms, easy parking , great mattresses
Cons: The arrangement was a bit weird. We had two bedrooms in one section of the house. Nice and quiet but I don’t know if anyone else was there. If we had a bedroom w shared bathroom I would have been uncomfortable w just a plain door between bathroom and each bedroom . Good location but several blocks from shops and transit. Also it is south of Miami near pinecrest so know it is not in the area of Miami tourists seek out

Pros: La cordialidad y ayuda en todo momento de Mariela, mucha calidez y soporte en todo momento
Cons: Muy bueno, el baño compartido quizás podría ser un poco incómodo por lo mismo que se comparte, pero no tuvimos ningún problema y se escuchaba cuando alguien entraba , por lo que al escuchar que salían del baño podíamos usarlo con normalidad

Pros: Todo estuvo bien. Limpia ordenada, el baño excelente.
Cons: Lo único es que en el vecindario no hay veredas para caminar y de noche no hay alumbrado publico

Pros: Neighborhood Beautiful/safe, House Beautiful, hosts SWEET!!! They made me feel like family 😍, room was super spacious, clean, neat, everything I needed! Bathroom Huge, nice and clean everything I needed!!! Publix and soooooooo many other stores/restaurants in walking distance, hospital close..... PERFECT LOCATION!
Cons: Books really fast hate I couldn't stay longer 🤣❤️

Pros: En general, muy cómodo la ubicación, sino quieres estar en el centro de Miami (con todo lo que implica) y tu objetivo es turistear otras partes de Miami. Cerca de los Malls principales si lo que buscas es shopping. Se recomienda alquilar auto ya que se encuentra a un poco más de 20 min del Aeropuerto Internacional y es la mejor manera de conocer y disfrutar de tus vacaciones. En cuanto al hospedaje en sí, muy cómodo, con fácil acceso a la casa y habitación; mascotas super cariñosas y te reciben con mucho entusiasmo. Los dueños son super amables y te atienden cualquier duda que tengas. Lo recomendamos!!
