Pros: Great location for what we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable and the coffee shop was excellent.

Cons: The reception area is not very private and other guests were right next to us when we were checking in.

Pros: The location near Aventura Mall was very good, but also the connection to the highways and Miami Beach was very good.

Cons: Although the hotel room was very expensive, there was no breakfast included. And, I don't like that there is always only one fixed shower head in the shower in the U.S. I am a small person, so it's very difficult to get enough water to wash everything off.

The room I stayed in was one of the best I’ve ever been in

Pros: The hotel is better than I expected. I usually don't write reviews for stays, but this one I make a point of doing. Despite the large number of guests, the service is quick and efficient. The room I stayed in was one of the best I’ve ever been in (and I’ve stayed in very expensive hotels), it had everything I needed. I requested a room with a view of Kaseya Center in advance, and they accommodated me, which I thought was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it and would stay again!

Excellent and friendly service, with exceptionally clean facilities.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was spotless, with the comfiest bed. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The gym and pool area were always clean and never too busy

Cons: Minor issue but there was no draft beer on the pumps for the whole 4 night stay.
