Pros: The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. Additionally, all the staff I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything you might need. A special thank you to the front office team, especially Ruth, for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Ruth went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable — always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. I’d also like to extend my appreciation to all the staff at the breakfast restaurant for their kindness and great service every morning. They made the start of each day truly pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Miami!

Great stay in a good location.

Pros: Room size was good especially for 3 of us, breakfast was good and the location was ideal for what we wanted. Pool was warm and plenty of pool towels. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: Despite the hotel saying they offered veterans discount they would not put this onto my account saying this had to be done at the time of booking but there was no option to add the veterans details.

Pros: The staff was Brilliant!! The way she made our stay - Brilliant after a super long journey - I couldn’t say thank you enough to our night rep Dawntavia! She made us want to stay longer! Also - the rooms were incredible. Spotless, fresh clean scent, spacious, well equipped with everything you would want or need for a stay. I will definitely be looking out for Residence Inns when I travel! When it comes to hotels, Marriot properties are the best if you ask me!

Cons: That we arrived so late and couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the property more. But that’s definitely a personal problem 😉. Residence Inn did their ENTIRE thing! ❤️

Pros: Rooms were a great size and the breakfast was the best and most varied at an American hotel I have stayed. Location was fantastic and really close to the mall.

Incredible short stay

Pros: Exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was amazing, I loved the decor and size of the room. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond for my husbands birthday. Thank you so much!
