A pleasant home away from home.

Pros: I love that the room we got had a couch so that we were forces to sit on the bed when we stayed inside the room.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Location for mall and Hard Rock stadium was perfect.

Cons: The room lighting was a bit dark, one of the floor lamps didnt work. Our telephone also didnt work and the safe was tempermental. Also no English breakfast tea left on our last day, I did ask the staff but they said they had no more (maybe I drank it all?). Just a few small issues, didn't impact our enjoyment and would still recommend the hotel.

A stylish and relaxing spot

Pros: A comfortable, calm, and stylish place to stay. Staff were polite and helpful. The room and hotel were well designed and peaceful. Overall, the hotel had a nice adult relaxed vibe.

Cons: It's a small thing, but I missed having glasses and china cups at breakfast with only paper/eco plastic cups available.

Nice hotel, very nice staff

Pros: How friendly were Osvaldo and the staff from the restaurant the night of big flodding. The pool is nice Wifi connection was good enough

Cons: Room floor was sticky and actually not clean around the toilet the night I arrived. I had to ask twice for a deeper cleaning.

Pros: It was a nice comfortable room, a modern hotel, enough choice for breakfast, and a nice lady who served us. The pool area is very nice, lounge effect. The hotel is near Aventura Mall, you have Walgreens, and Target nearby if you need to go. The evening we arrived was Thursday and there was nice live music. I find the hotel location good, quiet nice area and you also have a very good luxurious Italian restaurant across from the hotel.
