Pros: A new, clean, and beautiful hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The staff is kind and pleasant, and the parking is free and convenient. I will definitely come back on future trips.

Pros: Everything pretty much brand new, was exceptionally clean and that’s the main thing I always worry about when travelling, staff are exceptionally helpful always a speedy reply to WhatsApp messages, also very safe no access to the public despite not having someone on the front desk 24/7

We had a great time, room was comfy and cozy, staff is friendly and ready to help.

Pros: Great place, new, clean, and very comfy. A lot of attention to detail. The person on a reception is super friendly and helpful. Location is nice, there is a place to have a nice breakfast or lunch, public transport is nearby. Hotel itself is pretty calm and quiet, it was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Miami and looking for a place with reasonable prices.

Pros: Close to many good restaurants, own parking lot, close to beaches, modern equipped room, clean bathroom. Alltogether the set-up of the room was really well done. It is clear a quality team is behind managing the hotel.

Cons: Nothing major in all fairness, just one opportunity for improvement and that would be to strengthen the wifi signal

Pros: Small boutique hotel in the hurt of Aventura. It's a new property, well designed, Rooms are large and connivance. Free parking. Lots of restaurants around for dining.

Pros: This hotel is absolutely amazing! At first, I was a bit concerned about the fact that there were very few reviews but such a high rating on Booking.com. However, after speaking with the owner, I realized that the 10/10 score is fully deserved and completely justified. The hotel is brand new, and I was the first guest in the room I stayed in. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Any requests or wishes were addressed within minutes. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and the most popular shopping mall within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re passing through Miami!

It felt a little like home away from home.

Pros: The lobby smelled so good! Secluded, but in a great area, literally minutes from Aventura Mall.

Cons: The air in the room only went as low as 70, so I was not as comfortable throughout the night. I’m a woman of a certain age and I get hot and sweaty, so I like to keep my air at about 68 to prevent that.

The stay was quiet and peaceful.

Pros: I loved the property architecturally—the overall design is clean.

Cons: The bed is too high. The drawers of the TV unit in the bedroom should be removed, since the access to the window is very narrow and uncomfortable.
