Staybridge Suites - Fort Lauderdale Airport - West by IHG

Great stay!

Pros: Great hotel. Room and common areas very clean. Located close the airport. Used t shuttle from and to the airport. Breakfast is sufficient with different types of eggs every day. We used the fitness room with has the minimum equipment for a basic workout. Friendly staff. Reception gave us a quiet room as we asked. I've got a late check-out as a member of the IHG program.

Cons: The fabric on two of the four chez-longs near the pool was slightly damaged and might need repair/replacement.

Perfect stay for what we wanted. I’d come back.

Pros: Great location for the concert at the hard rock casino. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The blackout blinds were amazing and after a late night at the concert, my husband and I were able to sleep in until 10 AM with no problems thanks to the dark . The little shop had a good selection of snacks and amenities. I liked the efficiency of the parcel collection system they had for items that we had sent to the hotel.

Pros: Space utilities and facilities(gym laundry room, breakfast and lounge area, swimming pool...)

Good base for the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area but very car reliant, nothing within walking distance.

Pros: Breakfast good and varied, location was reasonable, room was clean, carpet was worn in places, room was very spacious and facilities were good and all worked.

Cons: Arrival information was poor, no document to tell you what the hotel provided, was promised a copy and it never arrived. Outside area very sparse and noisy (but not in the room) because of the flight path

Pros: The staff are friendly. Free parking and no additional pet fee.

Cons: Breakfast is very standard.

Pros: Breakfast was not organized considering all the people there. We were constantly waiting for something, whether it was eggs, or fruit, or plates or coffee, and the waffle batter was clogged. Many people were upset! Our room and the amenities were perfect though!

Pros: I love the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The staybridge in Miami was not clean like this one. Breakfast buffet was okay. It's a short uber to the Hard Roak Cafe.

Cons: Not alot of stores within 0.4 miles.

Very pleased. Like how close to the casino it is.

Pros: I liked the grab bars in the bathroom, the comfortable beds.

Cons: The bathroom door was hard to open.

Pros: Breakfast was great with many options and polite, courteous service. The area was clean and comfortable at all times. Room amenities were excellent and my stay was pleasurable.

Cons: Unfortunately, perhaps the previous guest peed on the couch bed and the cleaners missed it ! Hides face.
