Very satisfactory hotel stay - let down by Cruise Port Shuttle provider

Pros: Good varied breakfast, well maintained by staff member

Cons: Cruise port shuttle service recommended by hotel , although booked and confirmed - did not turn up. The airport shuttle driver at the hotel kindly agreed to contact the port shuttle company. It appeared that our shuttle had already left our hotel with 2 passengers and we were not shown on the pick up log. The airport shuttle driver then agreed to take us to the port, we arrived 45 minutes later than intended. Port shuttle company have not responded to the 3 complaint emails we have sent them, although they state on their flyer, provided by the hotel: 'Satisfaction Guaranteed'

Perfect option and location for a couple days exploring the area before embarking on a Caribbean cruise.

Pros: Had everything we needed, in a perfect location prior to heading on a cruise. The two room suite was ideal for two couples travelling together . An excellent breakfast also.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Shuttle was really convenient and drivers were friendly. Took the shuttle to a restaurant and were dropped off and picked up when we were ready.

Cons: Air conditioner was a bit loud but we aren't used to them so that wasn't the hotels fault.

Pros: We only stayed for one night but wished we had booked for much longer. Very clean hotel and very spacious room with excellent amenities. Very close to the airport so very convenient. Our experience was very pleasant from the beginning when we were welcomed by Kevin at the front desk. He was so accommodating and considerate. Definitely booking this hotel on our next trip to Florida as long as we are flying via Fort Lauderdale. Thank you Kevin.

Cons: We only stayed one night and did not experience anything not to like though not sure how close it is to major shopping facilities.

A first class stay.

Pros: 1 night Pre cruise stay. All round excellent experience and would have no hesitation in staying for an extended period. Facilities afforded in the room exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Nicely furnished and the kitchen area was great. Good location close to the port.

Cons: Not close to shopping.

Satisfactory stay close to FLL airport.

Pros: The room we had was huge. We had two large queen beds and kitchenette. It suited our needs.

Cons: Nothing. All good.

This is a great hotel at a great price room is quite big with a kitchen and breakfast was very good

Pros: Room was very clean had a kitchennette lots of space staff was friendly breakfast was good lots of options

Pros: Stuff is very helpful and kind. The room was large and clean as expected. Good breakfast.

Pros: Quality of the Room Shutle availabe from the airport General quality of the hotel

Cons: No breakfast (at leas a black coffee) for guest checking out early (06:00 AM) Time to get the shuttle from airport to hotel
