Staff, facilities and location were great.

Pros: Great staff, contemporary decor, excellent location.

Cons: In ground floor room, you can’t open the blinds.

Pros: The hotel was great - we stayed for ten days booked two rooms. My teens loved the breakfast, the pool side, and the stay in general. The view from the poolside on top is amazing and a worth sitting there with a drink. Staff is welcoming and friendly, the hotel manager whom too care of all our needs was great and I would return again if I could.

Pros: Great location close to the Bach, comfortable bed and good WiFi. The rooftop pool and bar is truly excellent and has great views. There is a social hour every day with a free glass of wine to all hotel guests. Free coffee in the morning.

Cons: The gym was relatively small but well equipped.

Pros: We really enjoyed the rooftop and the great location. The room was comfortable, though the bed was a bit narrow. The restaurant staff were very kind and the food was great.

Cons: We booked The room with breakfast but in fact only a limited voucher was provided, which was never enough for 4 people. We always had to pay extra. It would have been nice to know this in advance, but overall great service and very good quality in the restaurant.

Pros: The location of Kimpton was perfect close to the beach. The room was clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast a la carte which was very good. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Cost of valet parking is pretty expensive, but probably expected in a big city. The hotel offers extra services for which resort fee is charged, like two sunbeds on the beach. Since we were with three, offering three beds would have been nice. The parasol comes at an extra cost.

Pros: It is a charming hotel with great decor and environment inside and out. It gives a very cool vibe. I loved the location best.

Cons: I thought the price was almost outrageous. I realize it is in a terrific area code and maybe the prices are comparable to other similar properties, but I found it to be excessively priced and I am a very seasoned traveler. I also was not in love with the general culture of the staff and help. They did not have that positive customer oriented, how can I help you? Type of attitude that many top quality hotels in still in their people. I wasn’t treated rudely, but there was a coldness and a lack of attentiveness that bothered me.

Pros: Good location just a short walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfy with attention to detail - beach towels and mat. Roof top bar was lovely with really good view and the pool was lovely and warm. Helpful friendly staff.

Great hotel, the 1950's architecture creates natural shade and cool courtyards.

Pros: A very good experience and the staff were excellent - I have no bad points to mention. My only constructive feedback, to booking.com would be that the premium king room was described as having a 'seating area', the room had a desk chair and one other chair in the corner of the room. The photos on booking.com made it appear like there was a small sofa in a nook of the room... I felt that this was misleading.

Cons: We paid for breakfast, I didn't realise this was a breakfast voucher for $25 per person - again this could have been made clearer when making the booking. It didn't affect my trip at all or, my view of the hotel but, Booking.com should make this crystal clear when making the booking

It was a safe stay with wonderful staff.

Pros: The staff were fantastic and the restaurant La Fuga was exceptional. We ate there for supper and had the Lasagna Per Due (Lasagna for two) and it was phenomenal. The appetizers and the meal were so delicious that we didn't have any room for dessert. The staff at La Fuga were very well trained and their table maintenance was top notch. Having been a former waitress, this restaurant has spent time training all of the staff and it really shows. We ate outside right near the pool and it was very nice with a warm breeze. Great place to eat.
