Enjoyed but too noisy around pool very loud music like house music disco would prefer more r

Pros: Nice big room and balcony. Comfy bed room cleaned every day

Cons: The hotel small cafe closed early and the bar at smaller pool hardly ever open. No toilets on the beach and couldn’t get a bed as too busy. Also main pool was packed too so had to wait in a restaurant for a bed to come free.. it never did … paid a lot for the holiday so this was disappointing.. new year the living room closed unless you paid to access. Thought you could have at least opened it until 8pm to residents for drinks to purchase .

Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and we will return in the future!

Pros: First, all the positive feedback, The hotel is beautiful, the room was extremely comfortable the location was wonderful, all the public areas were luxurious and well maintained. The biggest amenity was the staff, everyone my family had contact with was amazing!

Cons: Only two things could use improvement, 1 while we were there, only one elevator in our tower was working, we received a notice after we checked out that the staff elevators were available for our use. 2. The shower in our room was clear glass which in a king suite would be fine, but in a two bed shared space (we are a family with teenagers) it didn't work so well.

Cons: They tack on a lot of extra fees per day so be prepared for that.

Localização perfeita

Pros: Da hospitalidade dos funcionários tanto da limpeza, da praia e da recepção.

Cons: A piscina principal de frente para o mar estava fechada para reforma e isso não foi avisado no ato da reserva, achei falta de honestidade, pois o fator lazer pesa muito na escolha do hotel. Se soubesse talvez não teria reservado e procuraria por outro.

Luxury on the beach. Perfect for a staycation

Pros: Luxurious experience from check in to check out. The property is very beautiful and the room was amazing! Direct access to the beach with great amenities to take advantage of like an umbrella and two lounge chairs.
