I wish I was there now I dnjoyed the place so much

Pros: The property was fantastic, it was close to the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. I had a hire car and there was an allocated parking space for the apartment. The facilities in the apartment were superb plenty of towels although we were there for 20 nights so washed ours at a laundry with our clothes. Kitchen facilities were great, the living room and bedroom had air con but we only used one when required the bedroom had absolutely lots of storage for clothes, the bathroom had a great shower there was liquid hand soap, shampoo and conditioner too. The apartment we had was beach vibes and although optimistic before arrival I was very impressed and we will certainly stay here again, there was going to be an issue with the water mains down the road but emails were very informative that we were going to have no water for a couple of hours during the day but as we were out all day it did not affect us one bit

Cons: Very loud air conditioners. Especially if you are from Europe and are not used to air conditioners ;) We stayed at the end of January and the nights were quite comfortable so we didn't need the air conditioning. But in the summer it might disrupt your sleep. Just a note to international travellers: You need a phone and data to be able to access the check in link to get the door PIN number to enter the place.

Pros: The apartment matches the photos, and everything was perfect. There's parking in front of the building, delivery for food arrives very quickly, it's just steps away from the beach, and the contact person responds extremely fast; using and accessing the washing machine is also very easy.

Cons: Overall, the apartment is very quiet. However, I would like to point out one thing for those who are light sleepers: the air conditioning is quite noisy, but earplugs can easily solve that problem.

Pros: Location is perfect, really close to the beach, about 3 minutes walking. Very quite area and the same time you it close to broadwalk with restaurants and bars. Staff was pleasant, I arrived before time of check-in but we had been decided this situation and I have got early check-in.

Cons: The link for the parking did not work for us. I don't know if this is an issue in the company's control. It's likely just a poorly run site from the local government.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Parking Included

Pros: Easy and smooth check-in process with very friendly and responsive staff. The communication was clear from the beginning, which made arrival stress-free. The apartment was fully prepared and ready for a long weekend stay — everything felt clean, organized, and comfortable. It had what I needed to settle in right away without having to run out for essentials. The location is excellent — just steps from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and the ocean. You really can’t beat being that close to the beach. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus and made the stay even more convenient.

Cons: Nothing significant to mention — overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Pros: Great location - short walk to the beach. We were allowed a slightly earlier check in which was very helpful
