Pros: Could not beat the location and cleanliness for the money, you get what you pay for but I think we got more than we paid for!!

Good enough for short breaks.

Pros: Location, location, location! Free carpark is a bonus in this location. Clean and comfy room with kitchen. Staff/ owners friendly and very helpful. Checkin times flexible. Washing machine and tumble dryer available on site. Comfy beds. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Seats and sun-beds outside the room. Free beach towels available. Very effective aircon.

Cons: Room outdated, a bit dark, def needs refreshing. Shower temperature control a bit challenging. Terrace was not fully available due to the repairs. Aircon on the noisy said.

Pros: Staff very friendly, great location in front of the beach. The small kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave was perfect for our family.

Cons: The balcony was under construction so the view wasn't as good as it could have been.

Loved being right on the beach with lots of action. Bars restaurants etc. didn’t require a car.

Pros: Room was right on the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops the beach etc.

Cons: Part of deck was roped off. It was hard to sit on the deck and see the ocean and the people walk by due to this. I do believe it was for safety reasons and that they are making the area safer so I understood why. Was just disappointed with that. Hopefully will be repaired and back opened up soon. Restaurant down stairs has music until 11 or 12 so we heard the thump of the base music at night.

Staff were friendly, available and went out of their way to help

Pros: Classic beachy vibe! Exceptional value for the money; right on the boardwalk with panoramic ocean view, patio, with tables and lounge chairs included so you could take in the view or dine el fresco on the deck. Also free parking on site was a deal clincher. I plan to return - I felt very comfortable exploring Hollywood Beach from here

Cons: You will need to go up 1 flight of stairs to the rooms and deck so not handicapped accessible as far as I could tell although I did not check, although our room and shower would have been easily accessible

Excellent place to stay . Definitely coming back

Pros: It was very close to the beach and boardwalk Room was newly renovated and bed was comfortable. Beautiful terrace and fast check in . Free parking on the back . Microwave was in the room .

Cons: It didn’t have stove or at least heating element.
