Enjoyed the stay.

Pros: The welcome and service was excellent, and the facilities was good.

Cons: On the first night, we could hear voices after midnight, which continued to after 4.00 am in the morning, we couldn't tell if the voices were from room above us as we were in Room 429 or from the rooftop. The next morning we requested a change of room, and this was granted with thanks.

Great location, friendly staff, great suites

Pros: Staff were terrific! The front desk team was always helpful, kind and wanted to make sure my stay was too notch. The co-working space on the 6th floor was beautiful and a great place to get some work done. The gym is well located and had everything you need for a solid workout . Great restaurant downstairs at Mamman, and the location is perfect if you want to walk into the heart of Wynwood or news to her to midtown to grab essentials at the local shopping plaza. In suite laundry and full kitchen were awesome.

Cons: The rooftop swimming pool was a little cold, and the on deck shower was broken. Rooms could have used a little more colour.

An apartment hotel in an excellent location in Wynwood

Pros: An apartment hotel in an excellent location in the Wynwood neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and bright, and it comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.\

Cons: Since booking through Booking, I've received excessive messages from the property. In the room, the bathroom fixtures are somewhat dated, and the shower has low water pressure.

Perfect stay with great service, amazing views, and attention to every detail.

Pros: Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel upgraded our room in honor of my birthday, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, with an amazing view, and the overall design felt modern and well thought out. The rooftop view is stunning, and the pool area looks great (even though we didn’t swim due to cooler weather). The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons: Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

A perfect stay from start to finish.

Pros: Everything was great. The front desk staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, great linens, and an excellent location surrounded by plenty of places to eat and explore.

Cons: We had some concerns after reading reviews, but there was nothing to complain about.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel in Miami for two days with our family and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, and there is a large paid parking lot nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel is modern, and we really appreciated the fast early check-in. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two separate bedrooms, a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a big bathroom. Having a washing machine and a dryer was a huge advantage — we used them and it made our stay even easier. The only point I would like to highlight for the hotel team is housekeeping. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the apartment didn’t feel cleaned to a high standard: the floor was dirty, and there were traces from previous guests on the furniture (crumbs and some hair). I recommend paying more attention to this, as it directly affects the overall service quality. That said, our impression of the hotel is still very positive, and I can recommend it.

Perfect stay for families in Miami ❤️

Pros: Unbelievable nice location. What a neighbourhood, I’m in love ❤️ We are family of 6, so we booked 2 - “2 bedroom” apartments. We need space with 2 teenagers and 2 young daughters 🙂 Not so easy to find. Apartments was very nice and had everything we needed and space 🙂 Also loved the rooftop lounge where we watched the Áramótaskaupið all together. Also loved the rooftop outside lounge and the rooftop swimming pool. ❤️

The team was welcoming, the parking was easy to use and just below the building. The location - excellent and proximity

Pros: The concept of appartment - the layout of the room and the kitchen.

Cons: The wall painting and carpeting as well as tiling need a refit. The cleanliness not to my liking.

Nice as an apartment but not so much as a hotel

Pros: The room is comfortable and equipped so you can manage your own household. Nice swimming pool on the roof and the location is good. The place is clean and quiet.

Cons: Lets' make it clear, this is an apartment - not a hotel. Probably I'm to blame but I was expecting a hotel. Another thing, it was stated on the page that parking is available with nothing said about the costs. All other hotels/apartments I checked stated the price par day. Eventually, this was the reason I took this one and not one of the others - but I ended up paying 45$ par day, which was annoying.
