DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay

Great location; Money well spent!

Pros: Initially there was a warning about the construction going on at the property. It was quite confusing but the staff were friendly and very helpful. My reservation was upgraded when I arrived which made my experience even better.

Cons: It was confusing trying to get around/to the lobby area but the staff were very helpful.

Pros: Very nice staff and excellent location! There is no own restaurant but there are a lot under the hotel at the shoping area.

Pros: Comfy bed , good view , decent valet parking , nice cafe , bonus there was a Starbucks!

Great stay and excellent location. Staff super helpful.

Pros: Location was great and plenty of space in our room.

Cons: Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and as a result we ended up sharing the double beds.

Fabulous start to the holiday

Pros: There was a great view of Biscayne Bay from our room and it was very spacious with a really comfortable bed. Having a pool was brilliant too. Location was not bad but we did not find many local restaurants and bars close by but that may just have been poor planning on our part. It was only a short taxi journey to the centre of Miami anyway.

Cons: We had some issues in the room which could/should have been spotted before we arrived. However, they were resolved very quickly so top marks to the very helpful staff.

Pros: Great location. Publix and other food places were just on the next block. Great views of the marina from my balcony. All the necessities were on the ground level. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cruise ports are a 10 minute drive away. The arena is a short walk away.

Cons: There was a charge for packages.

Pros: Got upgraded to a 3 bed apartment which was fantastic

Pros: Location and the service was great! I had enough space in my room, loved it. Will stay here again in the near future. Thank you once again.

Pros: View was nice, although there were some works going on. The room was nice and spacious, and we loved the pool, although the lift was not working and we had to ask reception of other flats to access, but that was internal, so not a big problem.

Cons: Parking was very expensive as there were taxes to add on top of the stated price. The price of the room was also quite high, but that is Miami I suppose.

Cons: Smell of weed everywhere but what can you do, it's legalised in Miami.
