Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay

Great trip, nice location! Sun was shining, no complaints.

Pros: Amazing room with views over the Bay, fabulous location and close enough to all the main attractions

Cons: Being from the other side of the world, it wasn’t really clear what the $25 destination fee was! If it had been explained better we probably would have utilised it. We didn’t find the staff friendly in the hotel with the exception of one of the front door staff who was super helpful when we required assistance

Pros: Amazing and kindness staff,great breakfast,shops with every necessary things and near by hotel you can find manicure and pedicure

Comfortable, convenient stay !

Pros: Very comfortable, clean rooms. Newly furnished and nice views. Location is excellent for south beach and downtown Miami.

Cons: only minor comments on the gym needing newer equipment and the shared areas such as corridors dont look as good as the new rooms - but this is not an issue..

Pros: nice views. very comfy bed & pillow. Clean and modern..

Cons: carpet in hallways is a little old. Gym equipment could do with a refresh but really not bad !

Met all my needs and then some. I will stay again.

Pros: The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was very pretty. We could see our cruise ship! Very cool to see the sunrise too.

Great city centre location with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms.

Pros: Breakfast area was never too busy. The bar area was lovely at night for a drink and some food. Renovated rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. Very comfortable bed and lovely fresh sheets. View of the bay from the room was beautiful.

Cons: I would have liked a balcony or even a window which opened. No fresh air could circulate in the room because of lack of windows.

Enjoyable but leaving a sour taste in the mouth

Pros: Loved the decor. the room had a view which was lovely. Staff in bar and restaurant v helpful and friendly. Check in was simple. Location was grt for port.

Cons: We were given a €35 dollar complimentary voucher to use in bar/restaurant or for other facilities. However, after using this in the bar/restaurant we were informed we wld have to claim this at reception against our bill. When we paid the bill this was NOT deducted. On ensuring why? we were informed it would take a few days to come off bill. It is now 18th and no refund has been received. It’s just a CON

Cons: The location was a little inconvenient, meaning we had to get Ubers to get to a more buzzing location (eg Ocean Drive, Bayside).
