excellent value for money

Pros: overall excellent value for money so you get what you pay for, a little tired, poor staffing at front desk in terms of numbers, very average breakfast but didn't expect luxury etc at this price, got an upgrade which was nice bonus, very well located for downtown

Pros: The hotel has a very good location. It is clean and spacious. The room we were given was truly comfortable.

Cons: For guests from Europe, the room windows may be a concern, as they have single glazing. As a result, the room does not provide sufficient acoustic insulation from outside noise. This did not bother us too much, but for other guests it may be an issue. Another aspect I would change is the cutlery and plates served at breakfast, as disposable plastic cutlery and styrofoam plates are used.

Pros: The woman in the front desk was very helpful. The rooms was clean and the breakfast was decent. The best thing it was the view of the river. Hope to return again.

Comfortable night stay, the hotel has a generous continental breakfast and excellent location for the reasonable price.

Pros: Excellent location close to the Metro Mover and downtown Brickell.

Cons: The check in area was small as you enter the door and the check-in seemed quite cramped. There also seemed a lack of check in staff so there were long wait times to both check in and check out of the hotel.

A great place for an overnight if you are joining a cruise.

Pros: We had a really large corner room, perfect for our family. Hotel was uneasy walking distance to shopping mall with restaurants. Gym was basic but fine. A lovely place to jog too.

Cons: Breakfast was super busy and a little disappointing. Not much choice and we struggled to get a table. Didn’t like the disposable cutlery and plates.

Pros: the hotel is situated in an very good location .the location is perfect for a little stroll by the river ,very quiet and neat place .The breakfast was great .the personnel was very much cooperative and helpful. Neitha in the reception was very much helpful by making us feel at home with a little french conversation.thanks

Cons: if you are a smoker ,the rooms are non smoking and smoking area is found at the ground floor .maybe having a smoking area at the upper floors could help smokers .
