Pros: Good location. Beach wise and shopping wise. Clean and practical. And a pool too. Helpful staff.

Cons: On the block that we were, we had an upper floor. And there was no lift. Would have been good to know that before hand… or to have been given the option to choose …if the other blocks had any.

Cons: We have booked a double room with double bed.The bed was quite small for 2 person to sleep.

Pros: Close to everything. Convenient paid parking space. Bed felt comfortable and there was a microwave in the room, huge plus.

Cons: The tv for some reason had someone else's name as the guest. Which changed twice. A good chunk of the channels did not work. The hair conditioner bottle was empty. I asked housekeeping and I think she just forgot to come back.

Pros: Location, swimming pool, huge rooms, extremely comfortable beds and the most important:amazing staff!!

Cons: During the weekends Miami is a very loud city and a jungle. Cars driving high speed and making a lot of noise, music extremely loud in city centre.

Great location, big and clean rooms in downtown area

Pros: Great location, close to the water views, restaurants, and supermarkets at walkable distances. Good staff friendly, free water bottles at front desk which was appreciated.

Cons: Housekeeping was not done on the 3 days we stayed, some stains left on the table. The bathroom was very tight, and the location of the toilet was uncomfortable. Breakfast should have been included like a buffet style, which was not, and one needed to order like a regular coffee shop.

Pros: Only stayed 2 days here b4 going on a cruise. Have stayed here previously. Great hotel in centre of downtown miami. Shops ,bars ,restaurants all available within a 5 min walk.
