Pros: Excellent location in downtown. Helpful staff - especially bellboys. Big rooms with comfortable bed. The breakfast assortment was rich enough.

Pros: Great location for those who want to rent/drop a vehicle from Sixt (their office in the city is just few minutes away from Hyatt). It is also good location for those who like to walk to marina or do jogging along the shore. Eventually it has also great space for parking at the drop-off area and many self & valet parkings solutions (watch the clearance of your car - if yours is higher than 6.2\

The stay at the hotel was really enjoyable.

Pros: The size of the room was really good. And the double mirror in the bathroom section was top, if you are someone who have to do your makeup. The location is good, you can go to miami walk of fame and the brickel city center walking. The view was a plus.

Pros: Jason, the at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to help us find a lost suitcase. We thank all the staff very much and him in special.

Pros: Just ine night - very convenient for the port and cruising. Transfers to the port very helpful. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Value for money is foremost these days but not too bad on the pocket except for breakfast which seemed a little bit over priced.

Great location

Pros: Location to Bayside was awesome with a short walk along the riverway.

Cons: Noisy, unfriendly and unhelpful staff on the front desk. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally wonderful and very attentive. However the choice of music in the restaurant - not relaxing at all!
