Excellent location near transport and tourist areas

Pros: The location was excellent, directly across the road from the Metromover station, making it easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable, and the communal areas were well designed and inviting. The pool, gym, and bar were all great and added to the overall experience. The facilities were excellent for the price and offered very good value. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient, and reliable Wi-Fi was available throughout the stay.

Cons: One frustration during our stay was repeatedly requesting an additional coffee mug, as only one was provided in the room. Despite asking three times, we were given drinking glasses instead, which were not suitable or safe for hot tea. There also appeared to be a language barrier at times, which may have contributed to the request not being understood. Additionally, we did not receive any room servicing during our four-night stay. On the occasions housekeeping knocked, we were in the room and were told they would return later, but this never happened.

The staff couldn’t help enough! Very friendly & made us feel so comfortable before our flight home!

Pros: The staff are the friendliest most welcoming staff I have ever experienced at a hotel! The luggage storage was super beneficial before & after check-in. The beds are very comfy & I love that they fold away. The kitchen was huge & had pretty much everything you needed to cook. It was super clean. The gym looked good (unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it). Short walk away from all the shops, restaurants etc. everything you need (Wholefoods 12 min walk away😍) & the area felt super safe for two solo females. Washer, dryer & dish washer in the room too was super helpful.

Cons: The pool was in the shade pretty much the whole time & so were the sunbathing chairs, felt a bit pointless… the pool area was also always super crowded. & the music was far too loud. It felt very touristy also, most apartment complexes we stayed at had locals living there, we were only there one night anyways before flying so it was comfortable… just felt a bit busy. The balcony was tiny too!

Good place to stay

Pros: Great location, good amenities in room. Safe, quiet area.

Cons: Reception staff not particularly attentive. Being waited on at breakfast - was a buffet situation but staff brought drinks. Asked to sign a bill for breakfast when it was included - not explained properly. Given vouchers for 2 free drinks but limited to choice. A few days later we found an unauthorised credit card transaction -turns out they had charged for a bar tip without informing us. Was refunded when we queried.

Pros: The location was excellent. The on-site bar and restaurant was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The full-length windows and sofa made the stay very comfortable.

Cons: The bed was very basic and not very comfortable. It would have been helpful to have had some laundry cleaner and more dishwasher tablets as 1 for 4 night stay is not enough and felt a bit mean.

Great location

Pros: The location was really handy for getting around Miami (we were there for the F1 race so wanted easy access to the brightline station). A few nice bars and restaurants close by. The hotel bar was great value for happy hour though they didn’t always have all the drink options they advertised.

Cons: The room was very overlooked but hard to avoid this in such a built up area I guess

Would recommend

Pros: Staff was friendly when we checked in and out of the property. The room was clean and spacious. We got the one bedroom apartment which came fully equipped from kitchenware to a washing machine and dryer ! Pool deck was great and relaxing, opens early until late so you have more than enough time to spend there. Cocktails at the bar in the reception area are very affordable and a great place to start the night before you head out into the town. Overall had a great, relaxing stay as it is not far from manh atttactions which made transport easy and affordable.

Cons: On the last day the hot water stopped working but this was addressed immediately and fixed within 30minutes. Staff extended our checkout to make up for the lost time. No clear mention of deposits or how much it would cost, I had to check other reviews and call to get more details - deposit is pricey and could be more reasonably priced as I paid $75 a night (lucky I was only here for a couple)

Pros: Perfect, 2nd year in a row. Breakfast is great, as is dinner!

Pros: Location was great, close to Bayside. Beds were good and the rooms were spacious and modern. Swimming pool and bar area was really nice and the gym was good, too.

Cons: Windows reached all the way to the floor. That made a good view, but maybe was a reason why noice from the street and over flying planes was so loud.

Great location and good value for money.

Pros: Great location, staff were helpful and it had a kitchen. Price was also good. Great to have the washing machine and dryer.

Cons: The lounge needed a clean and there was nothing to wash or dry dishes with.

Good and comfortable safe apartment in downtown

Pros: Very good location in the city centre. Comfortable Mattresses. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer. It is safe. Nice pool, large gym.
